Author has written 16 stories for Harry Potter, To Kill a Mockingbird, Pokemon, and Sailor Moon. Hello, fanfiction-reading comrades. A summary? I'm a teenager. Sophomore in high school. I love fanfiction, which I doubt is surprising, I listen to metal, I am indeed a female, I adore the Legend of Zelda, Harry Potter, and Pokemon... Oh yes, and I happen to be an extremely devoted, obsessed, frequently squealing fangirl. My icon right there? I'd like to think it near-accurately described me, but I'm quite afraid that 57.8 of my fluff writing is an utter disgrace. But that's what rewrites are for, no? I'd like to go into the field of writing. Most unfortunately, with my habit of extreme procrastination (I should be doing homework at this very moment) built up with lack of inspiration and other unacceptable reasons, I don't write nearly as much as I could. And half of my writing is parody-esque fanfictions (see below). Please - take a glance at my fanfictions, and drop a review by. I'd love you for it. Go ahead. Mm, you see those two oldest fanfictions from early 2008? Don't read those. Your eyes might bleed. Such a shame I refuse to delete them. Since I'm on fanfiction right now, typing these very words, I think the following would be appropriate to state the following: I LOVE: Fanfiction: Fluff, rated M, angst, humor, and parodies or crackfics. Also, the Marauders - minus Peter and plus tons of L/J - and Bill Weasley (SQUEE.), and the overall Britishness of them and some of their fanfictions. Other: Horridly fluffy things, the Legend of Zelda - particularly Ocarina of Time -, chocolate, the band Nightwish, writing, I DO NOT LIKE: Slash or yaoi. Don't ask my why, I know it might as well be blasphemy to the God of fanfiction. I HATE: Lily/Anyone other than James (and vice versa), vanilla, mushrooms, Fleur Delacour, the Twilight series, and the color yellow. Didn't I just say I'd skip all the personal details of my marvelous little life? No matter. I'm sure you're all so interestedly and vividly reading this. My favorite fics of my own (not really in any particular order): Voodoo Dolls, Becoming Animagi, and Cold. Now it's shipping time. See, while I'm utterly devoted to the Harry Potter fandom, only one of the two couples I will willingly read is canon, and of course both of them are dead -- sniffle -- shortly before the series starts. HARRY POTTER: MISC. (includes animes, TV shows, and video games): HP Characters: Also: On very rare occasions, I will read Sirius/Remus, but all in all I'm not a fan of slash. I'm more of a canon shipper, I guess. Mm, you care, right? Yes, I'm brimming with sarcasm. For any final clarification, Lily Evans and James Potter make the unbelievably best couple in the history of fictional and non-fictional couples alike. I'm bored. So, I'm going to list a bunch of things that really tick me off when reading Harry Potter fanfiction. 1. Hermione. People, have you ever realized how highly unlikely it is for her to fancy all the people that she does in some of these fics?! 2. Calling Remus 'Lupin.' I'm sure other people are like this with people like Malfoy and Snape, but bleh. It bothers me and I hate it. 3. When people say how stupid (as in not intellectually smart when they want to me) Sirius and James are, when I know it was stated at least twice in two different books that they were the two smartest and cleverest students at Hogwarts during their time. All fics show Lily and Remus being the tops of their years, when obviously this is not true. Watching them act like pranking idiots, however, who are really just mischievous, reckless Gryffindors and smart but don't act so outside of class, I'm good with that. 4. Ginny, Harry, Hermione, Draco, Snape, Peter, Ginny, Hermione, Ginny. Harry. Ginny. Hermione. Oh, and Fleur times about 147,864,239,206.85. 5. Smut. I'll read it, but I prefer the more romantic, fluffy sort of rated M. Now my darlings, it is over. Thank heavens, I know. Now go read my fanfictions. And review. | |||||||||
