Author has written 8 stories for Harry Potter, and Pride and Prejudice. I am a not so quiet math teacher who goes stark raving mad if I don't have lots of different things to work on at once. That and the fact that I am a Harry Potter freak, have been since before Chamber of Secrets came out. Thus in my spare time (or what I call my spare time when I should be working on my work...) I have taken to writing lots of stories. I didn't really want to mess around with Harry's time until after the seventh book came out, but felt that Lily and James had plenty of room for imagination and hopefully what I wrote wouldn't become nil and void after Deathly Hollows comes out. So I hope you enjoy my dabble into the world of Harry Potter! As an added bonus, it allows me to have little bits of romance in my life and to invent scenarios where everything works out the way it should. I guess I am just a hopeless romantic at heart! Now, however, I feel perfectly free to mess with Harry. I have enjoyed venturing into unusual or different pairings, as I feel it allows me to explore the characters the best. Also, I will not stick to using the same characters, so Harry is the only one you can count on me always puting on the 'good' side. An update on my stories: War Against Voldemort is a bit of a disappointment. I plan on reworking it and finishing it. I do have a basic outline for the remaining portion. It will be finished but I don't imagine I'll have time to do what I want with it for a bit. Elemental has hit a snag in the plot and will be updated when I fix it. It is, however, nearly done. I have begun thinking about an extension to My Slytherin Harry called the Harry Vignettes, which will cover Harry's point of view of many things. I will post it when it is mostly complete. In addition, I have a Harry/Tonks story I am working on, a Harry/Hermione, and a Harry/OC. I do not intend to start posting any of these until they are mostly complete (this will hopefully avoid the issues plaguing the first two stories I mentioned). However, I am in the process of moving and starting a new job, so no promises on when the updates will come, just that I will finish them as promised. Based on lack of interest I have decided to remove the story I Will Follow You Into the Dark. It really wasn't a Lily and James story to begin with and trying to force it to be is just causing problems. But I am working on the real version of it and hope to some day get it out there for people to read. For those of you who read my continuation of Athey's Heavenly Scent, it has been taken down. While I had permission to write it, the hate I received from this completely put me off writing and made me no longer want to work on it. | |||||||
