Hey everyone! Welcome to my... er... lovely profile! Here you can find out all the random things you probably never wanted to know about me, including: my obsessions (of which there are many), my hobbies and my scarily life-consuming love for Harry Potter (the books, not the character... that would be even creepier...) So if I haven't scared you off already, feel free to read on :)

Update 5/8/09:

As you may have noticed, I changed the title of Friends or Foes? to Written in the Stars. After much deliberation (or... a split second decision) I decided that the original title just didn't suit it anymore. The story has grown and changed a LOT since I started planning it two years ago (man, has it really been that long? I really need to work on my updating!) and I felt that the title should change to accomodate this. Sorry if I caused any confusion... Blame my short attention span and my need to tweak things to make them better all the time :)

Some Random Facts about Me:

I am Canadian, but I've been living in Australia for about six years now (I still have a very Canadian accent though... funny that)

I am a HUGE procrastinator. Personal philosophy, "Never put off until tomorrow what you can do the day after."

I have a bad habit of comparing things in real life to things in either stories that I have written or stories that I have read. Common examples: "Hey! That guy looks so much like Draco Malfoy!" -Friends roll their eyes-, or (and this actually happened yesterday) "Hey, that truck says 'Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans' on- oh wait, it just says 'Jelly Beans'..."

I love the Marauders. Actually, correction: I love three of the Marauders (guess which three I'm talking about :P) James, Sirius and Remus are awesome and Peter is... well... Peter is Peter. I highly dislike the traitorous little rat, but I try not to let that show through too much in my stories. I know it gets annoying when authors constantly bash Peter.)

I am totally addicted to bagels. They are delicious. Enough said.

I love writing. Always have, always will. A boring class at school means I'll probably spend the whole lesson jotting down ideas for a story. Once in a Literature exam I had the most brilliant idea for a story and it was such an effort to focus on Shakespeare for three hours while I had all these ideas forming in my head. I really must learn...

I review every story I read. I like to think it creates some good karma... What goes around comes around, right? Also, if you review any of my stories, I'll make sure to review one of yours :)
