I probably have one of the most complete lists of Harry Potter, Naruto, Stargate, BTVS (Halloween and SG1/SGA crossovers), and Fullmetal Alchemist fanfiction. It is not necessarily a list of all the fics, but it is a great list that has some of the best written fanfiction.
