Allo! My name is Melissa and I am a 23 year old Chemistry major. I broke my leg in lots of fun places a few months ago and I am currently on my way to recovery. I stumbled upon fanfiction in my boredom and joined so that I could keep tabs on my favorite stories. Lately I have begun to have ideas for stories of my own, so viewer beware! Since I know myself fairly well, I'm going to wait until any stories I write are done before posting them. I don't want to abandon any stories since I hate abandonment myself.

If you are on my favorite authors list, I am perfectly willing to read anything you might put out before you upload it. I have plenty of free time on my hands and I know that sometimes you need an extra set of eyes to catch things you may miss.

I am currently obsessed with Naruto though I am a big fan of lots of other anime. I read obsessive compulsively and can not go a day without reading at least one book or its equivalent. Not surprisingly, I own quite a few book cases.

As far as pairings go, I am pretty much open for anything. The only things I won't read are Sandcest, Hyuugacest, and anything involving Itachi in a serious way (since I'm pretty sure he has no soul). I'm not the biggest fan of Sakura/Sasuke pairings (DUCKS) since I think she deserves better but I've read a few good ones so I'm not diametrically opposed to the pairing. I really like Kakashi/Sakura though only older Sakura. I hate the damn jailbait stories (though "Seven days" by Silvershine is a wonderfully literal interpretation of the term). My absolutely favorite pairing for Sakura is Gaara. I think this pairing has the most going for it. I would love to see this pairing become canon. Hinata/Naruto is also one of my hopes for canon.
