Writer's block is no fun, but they say the best way to fix it is to power through. I promise I haven't given up on The Storyteller and the Pirate, but it's slow going right now. Soooo... I'm doing NaNoWriMo! Add me as a buddy if you want; my screen name is dustie-snark. :)

I have many (too many) ideas for stories, but not many of them get all the way through from my brain to my fingers. Those that do will end up here... someday.

I'm a sarcastic twenty-something who fell in love with fanfiction years ago. I'm a picky reader, but not too much of a snob, because I know that I struggle as a writer.

I love unconventional pairings, and darkly sensual figures.

Criminal Minds: Hotch/Prentiss, Morgan/Garcia, JJ/Rossi, JJ/Spencer (because they all match, dammit) (And yes, Emily can make Hotch smile.)
Fringe:Peter/Olivia, Charlie/Olivia (there's something there, I know it.) (sob)
Glee: Will/Emma, Finn/Rachel, Puck/Quinn, and I love Kurt. (he's probably my favorite.)
West Wing: Donna/Josh, Sam/Ainsley (Season 2 w00t!)
Studio 60: Jack/Jordan (chemistry, much?)
Alias: Sydney/Sark (yeah, I loved Vaughn until that Lauren arc. that killed it forever for me. Syd deserves someone who can challenge her, someone who keeps her on her toes. plus Sark's always always hitting on her.)

Pretender: Jared/Miss Parker (FINISH THE DAMN SERIES! give us what we want!)

Harry Potter: Hermione/virtually anyone, if it's well written. she's so amazing that she could be paired with anyone and it works.
but my favorites are Hermione/Severus, Hermione/Sirius, Hermione/Remus, Hermione/Harry, Hermione/Draco, Hermione/Lucius...
I hate Ron. Ugh. The smart girl never ends up with that type; it never works. Trust me.
