Author has written 2 stories for Danny Phantom, Harry Potter, Sky High, and Lord of the Rings.

He who fights monsters should look into it that he himself does not become a monster. When you gaze long into the Abyss, the Abyss also gazes into you.

-Friedrich Nietzsche

"Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one"

-Albert Einstein

"...why I'm so sympathetic to the monsters. The answer is simple. Because I am one."

-Laurell K. Hamilton

There is a quake that rips the soul asunder. . . it is the pain of remembering.

-Anonymous

Sleep, those little slices of death, how I loathe them.

-Edgar Allen Poe

The artist overcomes tedium by the invention of new formal combinations and by more daring advances in previously established directions. These advances obey a rule of gradual differentiation because they must remain as recognizable variations upon the dominant memory image. The differentiatons are bolder among young designers and their tempo becomes more rapid as a style approaches its end. If a style is interrupted early for any reason, its unused resources become available for adaptation by participants in other styles. --

-George Kubler

The optimist proclaims that we live in the best of all possible worlds; and the pessimist fears this is true.

- James Branch Cabell

Change is the nature of the universe.

- I Ching

It is an important and popular fact that things arent always as they seem. For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much-- the wheel, New York, wars and so on-- while all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man--for precisely the same reasons

- Douglas Adams

With great power, comes great responsibility.

- Stan Lee

The need to be right is the sign of a vulgar mind.

- Albert Camus

Wit is educated insolence.

- Aristotle

It is the path of least resistance that makes rivers and men crooked.

- Bj Palmer

It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

- Aristotle

It is not the brains that matter most, but that which guides them--the character, the heart, generous qualities, progressive ideas.

- Dostoyevsky

Knowledge is power. Power corrupts. So, study hard, be evil.

-Unknown

Perhaps I know why it is man alone who laughs: He alone suffers so deeply that he had to invent laughter.

- Friedrich Nietzsche

Time: that which man is always tring to kill, ends in killing him

- Herbert Spencer

Those with the greatest awareness have the greatest nightmares.

-Mahatma Gandhi

The real hero is alwasy a hero by mistake; he dreams of being an honest coward like everybody else.

-Umberto Eco

Kill one person, you're a murderer. Kill a million people, and you're a tyrant. Kill everyone, and you're a god.

-Joseph Stalin (Kinda creepy if you ask me)

It's been a whole baby since I last updated (nine months). I just wanted to post up the classes that Danny had taken. Just to give a little bit of background what he learned so far, and what he will be learning.

Tested Out:
Foundations of Mad Science--regular Mad Science
Mad Science Mathematical Instruction (it has Mad Science as prerequisite --applied Math and Science, build advanced weapons or other tools for use as heroes here
Civil Academics--what "normal" people learn
Civil Mathematics--"normal" math
Civil Historical Instruction--"normal history (not hero/villain history)
Civil Theology--"normal" theology (heroes have different directives because they often get direct instruction, they just have to figure out if the god is one they want to serve)
Superhero Wear--the name speaks for itself

Summer I:
Civil Politics--"normal" politics and the basics of the politics that heroes need to learn to be able to stay in good rapport with the local government
Civil Ethics—ethics for the civilian and hero identities (how to tell the difference and where to draw the line)
Comparative Team/power groups—classification of a hero’s abilities, and how to combine them to make the best functioning team.

Summer II:
Civil Economics—study how villain/hero interactions affect the civilian economic structure
Villain history
Superhero History

Fall:
Recent Mad Science--recent discoveries/breakthroughs, with a small emphasis on old discoveries that are still applicable
Recent Scientific Research--theoretical (and not-yet-applied) research
History of Supervillain Experiment Designs--to know what they have been capable of
Famous Scrapes and Battles (superhero history and villain history for prerequisite)
Save the Citizen
Power Exercise(PE)/Power Teaching(PT)—a.k.a. Physical Excruciation(PE)/Physical Torment(PT)—private class and lessons, teams or official pairs are allowed to take together if formed.

Name: Dream's Abyss

Hi. I’m new to posting here, though technically I’ve been reading off of ff.n for about 7 years now (geeze I feel old). This is the first time I am sharing publicly anything I have written. As of yet I do not have a beta reader, so any mistakes are entirely my own. Please tell me so I can fix them.

So far I am working on one story:

Title: Danny’s Redemption

Summary: Some things just shouldn’t be changed, and some things can’t be changed. If they are it must be set to rights. This is a crossover with Sky High. Eventual slash… but not anytime soon.

Something to know: I love reviews. Even just a "I really liked this story" provides a great deal of encouragement. If you have anything to tell me about the story, or just want to drop a line or bit of encouragement it would be appreciated.

Sort: Category . Published . Updated . Title . Words . Chapters . Reviews . Status .
