A little about me:
Well, I'm an adult toiling in the real world by day and by night, I am a wannabe writer who feeds her muse by pounding out fanfiction on her laptop computer. Once upon a time, I wrote fanfiction for the shows Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. But that well ran dry a long time ago and is destined to remain that way. Over the years, I have begun many other stories using characters from other television shows I like, but those are nestled away in the deep recesses of my hard drive never to be completed. Then one day I was channel surfing and came across an episode of Drake & Josh. I almost flipped past it, thinking to myself, "This is a kid's show, for crying out loud." But I found myself laughing, struck by the incredible chemistry the two leads had with each other. Needless to say, I've been hooked ever since. I sat down to write a story and wouldn't you know it? I actually completed one for the first time in years! And had the nerve to "publish" it, too!
I do, however, have a penchant for drama and angst (and if you've read my writing, that should be obvious). Every now and then I'll throw in something a little light-hearted just to break it up a bit. But human emotions - what's going on inside people's heads - that's what inspires me the most. That's what I like to write about and I do my best to convey things the way I picture them in my head. I hope it works.
