Author has written 9 stories for G. I. Joe, DC Superheroes, Harry Potter, and Silent Hill.

Greetings,

Nothing special here. I'm just another slob that got sucked into this whole "fan-fiction" subculture. Right now I'm really into GI JOE (don't ask me why). Sunbow never produced a 3rd season of GI JOE. So I'm indulging in my vision of how season 3 would play out.

I'm not a writer by trade, but all critics are welcome. If I err, feel free to call me out - I will not be offended. Enjoy.

Goals: (more for my benefit, so I don't stray from my vision):

- Maintain the look and feel of the Sunbow Universe. However, keep in mind that my storylines will be geared for mature readers; afterall we've all grown up since then. As a result, some elements will not carry over very well (but feel free to call me out if what I'm writng is totally alien to Sunbow). I intend to have all my episodes carry a T-rating. Unforeseen developments might require me to bump an episode to M as I add chapters. I apologize if that ever happens and will give notice at the top of the offending chapter if I ever change the rating.

- Finish some dead-end story arcs. There were some interesting character relationships and plot lines that never got fleshed out.

- Fix some plot holes and other inconsistencies. I won't be able to do all of them, but I hope to justify some of the stuff that really bothered me (especially from the movie).

- Sgt. Slaughter: I can't stand him, but, if I want to be honest with my first goal, I can't simply ignore him since he is a major character. As a result, I have to remember to give him at least a tangential presence (don't worry I'm not going to bash him).

-Snake-Eyes: I have a love/hate relationship with this guy. Although he was over-represented in the comic-verse, he was no more than a foot-note in the Sunbow series as a whole. I can appreciate the fact that it was hard for the writers to frame stories around a mute character, however, looking back on it, I think he was the most disrespected character in the franchise. I hope to bring him into balance (without turning him into a Mary-Sue).

-Gi JOE / Jem crossover: I'm going to have to take author's priviledge on this one and indulge myself. I was surprised to find that these two fandoms never crossed over. I googled forever and only managed to find one cross-over story.

- Come out of my comfort zone: I have to remember to try something new for each episode: Experiment with a different literary style; try a new genre, etc. If I fail, then I fail and move on.

- The dynamics of Hate: This will be a recurring theme throughout the season. I find Hate to be a fascinating emotion, and in my opinion it is the ultimate motivator. Its not necessarily expressed as violence (as with rage or anger). It is not limited within the context of evil (even God hates sin). At the same time, its not as simple as defining it as the opposite of love. However, I want to keep it subtle too (not in-your-face or preachy so to speak).
