I guess I'd better introduce myself, it's rude not to. While my pen name here is Lozzarooni, I have also written under various other pen names over the years including raven and Laura, which just so happens to be my name. I've been writing fanfics for about five or six years, though many of my works have lain unfinished in various forums and fanfic sites, gathering dust for so long the sites probably don't even exist anymore. Oh well, I've only just started writing CSI:NY fics, though again many of them are unfinished due to time restraints on my part or lack of inspiration. It probably doesn't help that I've had writers block since the early part of 2003. I believe the only fanfic I've actually ever finished was Oceans Apart which was co-written on the original Tribe Talk UBB - talking some 18 months.
I'm currently 24 and live in Hull. I work for a nationally recognised leisure company which owns casinos, betting shops and bingos - which is the area I work in. I'm a bit of everything - a bar maid, a cook, a caller, a waitress, a quizmaster - though I suppose I'd call myself a 'customer service assistant'. I love my job, but just hate the long hours which go with it.
I love movies and great television, though I'm currently working my way though various fan fics at the mo which are based on the following: CSI, CSI:Miami, CSI:NY, Bones, NCIS, Law and Order, Law and Order Criminal Intent, Greys Anatomy, Prison Break and Supernatural. Current Pairings/Old Pairings (from shows gone by) include: Danny/Lindsey; Flack/Lindsey; Mac/Stella; Stella/Flack (CSI:NY) Greg/Sara (CSI) Amber/Lex; Jay/Ebony; Jack/Ellie; Cloe/Ved (The Tribe) many more I can't think of at the moment.
Hmmm. I don't think there's really much else to say other than that - if I think of something else, I'll add it, but until then - keep on rocking.
