Too overpowered Sasuke, too weak Naruto, random twists that make no sense (Madara was the Mizukage!?) He has, however, begun the road to redemption with Naruto's training in the sage techniques. But what are the sage techniques you ask? The ability to channel the chakra of the environment, rather than a persons inner chakra. The toad that said this then used it to lift of 5 ton rock. It was the size of Narutos hand. Plus, by using Nature Chakra (Sage Techniques) he isnt using his own chakra so he doesn't get tired. Plus, Sasuke has now lost all his Orochimaru boosts. All will be explained in the fic. 7-20-08 King of the Angels - Neon Genisis Evangelion/Godzilla crossover - Godzilla's meltdown after fighting Destroyah coincides with ADAM's destruction of Antartica in the EVAverse. These events generate a wormhole that transports a few survining G cells to the radioactive south pole, where they fuse with remenants of ADAMs cells. After 15 years of regeneration, a reborn King of the Monsters rises up to claim this new world as his domain! Comments - Oh yeah. Ive been bouncing this around my head for a while now. I seriously look foward to the giant monster battles. A bit of a problem though, since size wise Godzilla varies movie to movie but he is around .5 to 2.0 times larger than the EVAs. The Emperor of the Galaxy - Star Wars/Naruto crossover - A 16 year old Naruto stumbles across an old Imperial probe droid, and is taken by the task force that investigates it. Taken before the Emperor, Palpatine feels the Kyuubi within and decides to train him. 5 years later, Palpitine and Vader die at Endor, and Naruto, the Heir Apparent, assumes control of the Galactic Empire! 08-01-2008 Comments - AHA! My first idea for a Naruto/Starwars cross. (Sorry Trek fans. Nothing in the works for that) Basically, Naruto stumbles across an Imperial Probe driod and is later captured by the troops that investigate it. Brought before Vader, he convinses him to spare him and is trained in the ways of the Darkside after a little fast talk, and then is sent out(at his request) to leanr from and assits Grand Admiral Thrawn in the Unkown Regions. He returns when he feels the Emperor and Vader's deaths at the Second Death Star. Possesing all new advanced technology procured from conquered races, and a fleet of warships (including his heavily modified personal varient of the Executor class Super Star Destroyer. Hey he IS the Heir Apparent) Naruto assumes control of the Empire and sets about making it into the greatest nation to ever exist. Naruto will be immensly powerful in this fic, rivaling the Emperor's strongest at his weakest. Combining his own terrifying Force potential wih the power of the Kyuubi results in The Force Unleashed type powers on steriods. Supreme Overlord!! - He was exiled so Tsunade could "clean house" by busting all the corrupted officials and traitors. "You'll be back in a month, tops!" That was three years ago. Now 21 year old Naruto wanders around waiting for some news from Konoha. He wanders into a destroyed tower, and finds a badass helmet. Of course he puts it on! To bad it transplanted all the memories of all the former masters of the tower into his head. Now Naruto will unleash untold darkness upon the world as the new OVERLORD!! But Naruto wont settle for a Dark Domain. Oh no. He will rule the entire WORLD!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!! Oh he will kick ass!! 9-06-2008 Rant-1 What is up with everyone labeling techniques in the Naruverse Chuunin/Jounin level? This is completely unrealistic. Just because a ninja waits until he/she is a chuunin to learn a technique doesnt mean its a chuunin level technique. A more appropriate label would be "meets the chuunin requirement" which means it meets all of the neccisary requirments and restrictions (lethality, chakra useage, secrecy level, ect.) to be accessed and restricted to chuunin and/or jounin. Rant-2 Plot is the life blood of a story. Any story that doesn't have plot is a crack fic no matter how dark and/or serious it is written. Plan out your stories, and you shall become famous and awesome. (at least on this site) Rant-3 SONG FICS!! The single most horribly destroyed pieces of literature ever! A true song fic doesnt need lerics! A true song fit is written in the MOOD of the song, written to express what a person feels when they listen to it! A true song fic is powerful beyond words, and is more than a mere story or chapter. It is a F-ing hurricane of insane and awesome emtions. Be they Angst, Pride, Rage, Courage, Love, Hope, or even Resulotion and Finality. Try it. Write a fic with a song in mind, whos words hit you right where the song does. NOTHING is quite like it. Challenge - Kyuubi's Victory This is an idea that sprung up and I decided to throw it out there. Basically, everything that has happened in the Naruverse has been manipulated by Kyuubi in order for it to get a human body. There are several factors that MUST be written in order for a fic to win, and they are.. 1-The Kyuubi must eventually get a human body, either Naruto's or someone elses of your choice, but the Kyuubi must get a human body. Naruto is his ultimate vessel of choice, but he will settle for any human body. He would prefer Narutos, since he can achieve more power in him than any other. 2-The Kyuubi was one one who gave the the Fourth the ability to commune with the Shikigami. As a mortal, Minato could only talk to gods through prayer. As an immortal being, the Kyuubi could directly talk to other immortals, and used this ability to manipulate Minato into creating the Shikki Fuin. 3-The Kyuubi allowed Madara to manipulate him in order to aquire Madara's body, as he was the strongest human alive at the time. However, his proxsimity to the Kyuubi's malicious chakra corrupted Madara's chakra until it was more vile than its own, rendering him useless as a vessel. The Kyuubi then held back in the battle against the Shoidamie in order to get Madara killed. 4-The reason for all the manipulations and quest for a human body is due to the fact that the Kyuubi has hit its limit. It is a being of limitless power, but it has nowhere near the control of humans. By combining its insurmountable power and human control and spirit, it intends to become a god. 5-Naruto is Kyuubis ultimate experiment. He manipulated the strongest human at that time(Minato) in order to breed with the best possible container at the time(Kushina) in order to create the strongest, most perfect vessel possible for it(Naruto) 6-This is an AU that takes place anytime before the gennin exams. 7-As this involves a demon trying to become a god, there will be multiple incounters with other immortal beings, be they Gods, Demons, or something else. These may be OCs. 8-The Kyuubi does not die in this story. This is a story about the Kyuubi achieveing what it intended. How it does this, and wether or not anyone is still alive to see it, is entirely up to you. 9-Naruto is a side character. Either he survives or is consumed by Kyuubi is up to you. That is it. the rest is for you guys to setup. Mail me a link to your story, or give me a heads up. Challenge - Demon's Legacy Another fic that sprung forth from my super mind. Naruto is the hanyou son of the Kyuubi, who came about through the "assault" of a priestess that attempted to destroy him. Said priestess than decided to keep Naruto inspite of his heritage and protests from her temple and family. When he was one, Kyuubi learned about his existence and tried to kill Naruto and his mother. She fled to Konoha where the story starts. A couple of parameters. 1-Naruto's mother's survival is up to you. Either she survives or is killed or succumbs to her injuries depends on you preferences. Keep in mind that Naruto will hate his father, but that hate directly stems from her death/assault. 2-Naruto knowing who his father is is your choice as well. However, he must know of his heritage BEFORE the chunnin finals. 3-Naruto's potential powers and abilities are taken from Yu Yu Hakusho, as it has the best power yield for both demons and humans, ie. human Reikai is more powerful then demon Youkai. 4-As in Yu Yu Hakusho, hanyou are NOT weaklings. Nor are they despised. They are feared for the fact that their power is greater than their demonic ancestors by an order of magnitude. This is due to the fact that mixing a human's potent power with a demons immense power pool creates a hanyou with as much energy as a demon but with more Oomph per unit. This is why Kyuubi tried to kill Naruto, as he was being raised by his mother but was conceived due to Kyuubi's evil actions. An example is a human has 100 units of power with each unit having an individual power of 30. A demon of the same rank would have 1000 units of power with each unit having an individual power of 3. Tha Hanyou offspring of this pair would have 1000 units of power at 30 points per power unit. So both parents have 3000 power, while the hanyou has 30000 power. Big difference, right?(Kyuubi is an S class demon, with a power of over 1 million) 5-Naruto will not gain Kyuubi and Yu Yu Hakusho rivaling power levels until after the timeskip, as he is still maturing pre timeskip. But his abilities are up in the air. Any DIRECT use of Yu Yu Hakusho abilities and powers require a disclaimer. 6-Narutos strength and potentail will make him a appetizing target for Akatsuki recruitment. Either he accepts, declines, or is ordered by the Hokage to infiltrate the group is up to you. 7-Pairings are whatever you want. Keep in mind that any pairing requires challenges to make it belivable. For example, a Hinata pairing would bring in Hyuuga elders who dont want a "demon" corrupting their bloodline. Also, the Byuugan can mutate due to youkai and genetic factors. 8-Konoha will know his origins. Either his mother explains them or they learn them after the chunnin exam or whatever, all Konoha must know of his heritage before the timeskip. Everything else is for you to manipulate. 9-Madara still exists. He has roped the Kyuubi but due to preistess and monks roaming about cant use any of the Bijuu he collects. His plan is to hunt them down with ninja, then open a hellportal using the great demon statue to control the portal and in turn command the demons that must use said portal. Anything after this, ie. world domination, konoha's destruction, genocide against humanity is up to you. 10-Spirit world is incognito to Naruto's world. It only rules the upper half of the first level of makia, and Naruto's world is connected the the 78th level of it. If Naruto decides to either venture to the makai and in turn to the Yu Yu Hakusho world is up to you. 11- Power ranking is - Class is with TOTAL power ie. power amount times power per unit - F Class with power of 100 - D class with power of 1500 - C Class with power of 25000 - B Class with power of 100000 - A Class with power of 750000 - S Class with power of 1 million+ 12-This is a handoff fic. IE. if you cant complete it, give it back to me and ill find someone who can. I know, very specific. But that just gives you more incentive to find some loopholes to exploit! I look foward to this fic! :) Challenge 3 - Everybodies an Idiot but ME! Naruto gets tansported to an Alternate Dimension! Full of idiot versions of every Naruto character. Only one SINGLE perrogitive! 1-Naruto is super/over/immensly powered in this fic. He has become Hokage, and is the strongest ninja in the world. Hes smart, fast, strong and able to plan and lead VERY well. Everything else about him is free for you to create/mangle/invent. Everyone else is complete idiots. Other than this single unbendable rule, feel free to do anything else! Have an Akatsuki tea party, Sasuke Humiliation and Bashings Galore!! Make Uber harems, or make it any pairing!(Just WARN US if its YAOI!!UGHA!!) Have Naruto kick ass, or simply manipulate others into fighting each other! Hey, theres a good one.
