Author has written 18 stories for Phantom of the Opera, Vampires, Law and Order: CI, Fringe, CSI, NCIS, Harry Potter, Misc. Movies, Legend of the Seeker, and Lord of the Rings. I choose to reinvent myself as I return to my first love...the written word. For awhile I shall leave my old moniker linked to my new one so you will still be able to find my work. As to the name I have chosen, Eirien was Tolkien's Sindarin translation of "Daisy", the daughter of Samwise Gamgee. Quite frankly I just liked the way the name flowed, and Daisies are my favorite flower! Sindarin: language of the Elves of the Woodland Realm and all others in the Second and Third Ages... Quote: 'Yes,they are Elves; said Legolas; and they say that you breathe so loud that they could shoot you in the dark!' All about me: I am a 45yr old mother of two sons (18 and 8) and have been happily married to the man I love for 24 years'. I love to write fiction and have enjoyed posting on this site for several years now. These past three years have been extraordinarily difficult for me due to the sudden onset of a debilitating physical illness, which is the reason for my long absence from my writing. I have met such wonderful people on this site who have befriended me, been there for me to talk to when I needed it, and most of all...encouraged me to keep on believing that God has a plan, and He knows what He is doing. My thanks to all of those who go out of their way to see the human being behind the typed words. I just love J.K. Rowling's wonderful Harry Potter series, C.S. Lewis' Chronicles of Narnia, and Tolkien's Lord of the Rings (although I am not so "religious a fanatic" as some). *wink, wink* I enjoy a variety of movies and television programs, but in truth...would rather read to wile away the hours.
