Hi. I like to write. You can call me singin'.
My penname is taken from a lyric in the song "In Regards to Myself" by UnderOath. When listening to the song, I thought the 'sing into yourself' lyric would make a cool penname-thus 'singintoyourself' was born. Then my boyfriend was like...um look at the lyrics booklet with the album and then realized the correct lyric was actually 'sink into yourself'. In regards to myself, I was not pleased.
Anyways...I'm a teenage girl who really isn't anything like a teenage girl.
I'm a bass drummer in the drumline and I play trumpet for my school's jazz, marching and wind ensembles. I'm also a huge music freak with tastes ranging from Broadway showtunes to screamo, indie rock to classic rock, big band jazz to movie soundtracks. Pretty rockin'. I cannot stand rap (well...most. I have a soft spot for Fort Minor) and country.
I enjoy comedy and dislike petty drama. My knees hate me to no end. I play video games like nobodies business.
I love reading too. I'm a massive dork if you get to know me. I love history and I love to write. I've basically planned out the next ten years of my life. That said, I plan on majoring in History and minoring in writing. Yay me. I hate being late to things. I thrive under pressure. I dislike ignorance. I like equality. I'm quite the little activist.
Febuary 2nd is the best day of my life. The months of April and May are great months.

Current events in the life of singin' (updated 10/7/08)
10/07/08-I should be doing AP Comp work right now, so feel loved. Anyway, I've been so busy with band, school and life that I haven't really written anything new. The new chappie of DYMM (hopefully) will be up soon. Everything else has gone on a mini hiatus while I work out my schedule. =)

When I write, I write for many different catagories and in many different genres. Whatever strikes my fancy, I will start writing. Once I start writing, I normally plan the whole thing out. I know exactly what is going to happen in my stories at all times.
I only favoritize stories I like and think are excellent (both in style and writing ability), so if you want to read some great stories from the Marching Band, Harry Potter, Monty Python, The Producers, Wicked, Screenplays, Kingdom Hearts and Twilight sections, go there!
I have to date written eleven one shots for the site and am continuing to write more. My current in progress fics include two short stories, the 100 drabbles challenge and a novel length story. I have one fic on hiatus (the Shakespeare marching band parody). To be honest I don't know if I'll get back to writing that again. Maybe sometime, but my other stories are more important now. XD
I'd like to do some writing for Wicked, Twilight, Hairspray, Avatar: The Last Airbender...and maybe perhaps a little House or some Sweeny Todd. I'd love to write more KH too, but I want to finish No Other Choice first. And that is going to take me forever...

Musically talented but consitered by most to be unattractive, Cedric helps his friend Edward win the love of the beautiful Roxanne. I'll start writing this once I finish Flip Flop.
High School Never Ends (tentative title) (general) series of four one shots Follow the marching band career of one girl from her first day to her last show ever. Chapter progression-Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior. For Jake and Mike.
Harry Potter- The Record (humor/romance) one shot James Potter has gone out with every girl in his year...except for one Lily Evans. James goes for a record that has never been reached...not even by Sirius.
