I can kill a yak at a thousand paces using my psychokinetic mind bullets.

Granted, for liability reasons, I cannot demonstrate that ability for you. Ricocheting psychokinetic mind bullets have been known to cause headaches, temporary blindness, muscle cramps and constipation. Also it only works on yaks.

However, should any yak wander within a thousand paces of me, watch out!

Hmmm. This is a profile, right?

I'm an old sci-fi geek with too much college and not enough money. I do write original fiction and may someday start submitting my novels for publication again. Until then, I seek the basic reward all writers want--feedback from readers.

I have two other related pages for my fanfiction:

My yahoo group homepage, which I use primarily as an archive for my fics:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/darthmarrs/;

and my forums here on ff.net, which I use to post responses to reviews:

http://www.fanfiction.net/myforums/Darth_Marrs/1229909/

I understand that these links are inactive due to ff dot net's new security protocols, but you should be able to post them as URLs.

Finally, please do not repost my stories on other websites. Links are fine and welcome, but please do not repost my stories. Thank you.

On-Going Stories:

The Firebird's Son:--Think you know what the magical world is like? You're wrong. A completely AU story of Harry Potter in a world that was born from an intellectual exercise to envision what type of modern, educated society would actually permit, or even encourage, polygamy. The answer? A society with four times more women than men. But will a world run by women, in which wizards are commodities to be controlled and threats to be contained, actually be better?

Completed Main Stories:

Harry Potter Stories

The Bonds of Blood--YASBF (Yet Another Soul Bond Fic) with a twist (I hope). Of all the Harry Potter/Ginny Weasley soul bond fics out there, this will be another one.

Unspeakable Things--Adopted from Perspicacity's Detention in Defense with permission. Harry and Ginny dreaded their pending detentions with Gilderoy Lockhart. The man was a liar and a fool, wasn't he? The truth is far more amazing, and with the help of an unexpected unspeakable, Harry and Ginny will find themselves on the path to being more than they could have ever imagined. An AU take on the HP universe starting from Second Year on.

The Harem Trilogy:

Harry Potter and the Four Founders--The morning after the ministry fiasco, something amazing happens to Harry Potter. He discovers not just the truth behind his heritage, but also the unique and pressing obligations that come with it. Powerful Harry, multi-ship, no slash. Inspired by Gryffindor's Heir of Magic. Written just for fun.

The Forever Mage--A stand-alone Harry Potter/Star Trek: TNG sequel based on the events described in Harry Potter and the Four Founders. Whereas HP&TFF was written as an exercise in crack!fic that turned into a real story, this one has been fairly dramatic from the start and is significantly different in both tone and content. Thanks to JuniorMintJulep for beta reading!

The Lord of Light--The third in the Harem Saga, featuring the further adventures of Harry Potter after The Four Founders and Forever Mage. This time it will be a crossover with the Star Wars galaxy. How will Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine handle a sorcerer from a long time ago, and a galaxy far, far away? This story includes two separate, alternate versions, though the ending is the same on both.

Star Wars Crossovers

Gods of Dark and Light: What Happens when the Ori invade the galaxy far far away? Nominated for Best Crossover, 2007 Beyond the Saga TF.N Fanfic Awards

Heaven Falls: A Jedi on Earth: The stand-alone follow-up to Gods of Dark and Light. A multi-verse crossover primarily mixing SW/SG/ST with an unhealthy but entertaining dose of Roswell and X-Files. Nominated for Best Crossover, 2008 Beyond the Saga TF.N Fanfic Awards; Nominated for Best Crossover, 2009 Beyond the Saga TF.N Fanfic Awards.

Blue Sun Down, a Firefly/SW crossover. Winner, Best Crossover, 2008 Saga TF.N Fanfic Awards

Legacy of the Red Sun: Originally posted as three separate stories, I have revised the trilogy into a single, three part fic. It has also been reclassified as a SW/Smallville Crossover. Clark Kent did not land on Earth as an infant, he landed on Tatooine, days after a heart-broken Obi-Wan Kenobi buries a young Luke Skywalker. A serious take on Superman in Star Wars.

Children of the Red Sun--An NJO AU and sequel to the Legacy of the Red Sun. Winner, Best Alternate Universe, Best Action, Best Crossover, Best Series, Best Ensemble Cast, 2009 Beyond the Saga TF.N Fanfic Awards.

The Boy Who Fell; or, The Adventures of Space Witch--A Harry Potter/Star Wars Crossover. The Boy Who Lived didn't. Now, thirteen years after four-year-old Harry Potter was murdered by the Dursleys, magical England is on the verge of collapse with no savior standing by to save it. In the midst of all this chaos, Luna Lovegood makes a wish for someone to come and make it all better.

Broken Chains--When Harry fell through the Veil after his godfather, that should have been the end of the story. Forty days later, someone with Harry Potter's face came back, but with a power unlike any the wizarding world had seen, and a darkness that made the light side despair, and the dark side afraid. H/Hr/L drama with sex, violence and a dark Harry. And a Seer Luna, just 'cause.

Star Wars Non-Crossovers

The Last Jedi--In the future, there are no Jedi, there are no Sith. There are only Abnormals--those born with a midichlorian count high enough to be a detriment to the Pax Galactica that has reigned for the past century. Ten year old Tobin S'Artin is sentenced to death for having the highest midichlorian count ever recorded, but the Last Jedi steps forward to save him. (The original version was pulled for a variety of reasons which I hope I have been able to fix.)

If you like what you see, please let me know! If not, lie - or I'll shoot mind bullets at you.
