Profile update:

It has been a while since I updated my profile page so I decided a spring clean was in order.

Regarding my own Fan Fiction: I have written, as you can no doubt see, two fan fictions, this is not including my very first and shockingly poor attempt, a Lord of the Rings fic called 'Belonging'.

I do not currently have a beta so I would appreciate any feedback anyone can give me.

I would consider my 'Jane Eyre' fic to be the better of the two, the Harry Potter one is fairly old and was found moldering in an old file on my computer but I thought it was sweet so...

Regarding Fan Fiction I read: My particular favorite fan fiction areas are: Harry Potter; Jane Eyre; Lord of the Rings; Pellinor and Green Rider. I am rather fond of Austen fics as well, but, as with all categories, the quality is important, and originality is fantastic.

My favorite pairings include: S.S/H.G, S.B/H.G and stories featuring the founders of Hogwarts (Harry Potter); JE/ER (Jane Eyre); EP/OC (not ridiculous MarySues etc.!) M/C (Pellinor); K.G/Z (Green Rider) and Pride and Prejudice fics which focus on Mary or Kitty rather than Lizzy and Jane.

Please look at my list of favorite stories if any of the above interest you! In particular if you are a fan of Austen I can not recommend 'Two Brothers' enough. In terms of plot content and quality, it is the best Austen fiction I have ever read.
