A little about me: I am newbie to writing fics and most likely need help. Right I am in college so I don't know when the next time I'll try to create a fic.

Rant:

I need to rant about this so I can get it out of my system.

I hate Narutards. I say it again I hate Narutards. They ruin the anime for everyone. I will admit I like the show, but I don't believe it is the greatest anime on Earth. The only reason I watch it or read the manga is because I want to see the ten-tailed beast, Sasuke die, and the Cloud ninja. That's it.

The concept of ninjas in the show is wrong to me. When I think of ninja I think of Ryu Hayabusa(Ninja Gaiden), Ken Ogawa(Ninja Blade), Hotsuma(Shinobi), TMNT, Deadpool, Psylocke, and a lot more. A kid in a orange jumpsuit is not all that ninja to me. The Cloud ninja look the most ninja in the whole series. They have their issues. Killerbee is too old for rapping, the Raikage seems more like a pro-wrestler, Omoi is my favorite character right now, but he's a worry wart.

What I really hate is blogs or forums that say Naruto or Sasuke can take down character that he can't even touch.

Those characters include:

Thor

Hulk

Superman

Captain Marvel

Goku

Vegeta

Tenchi

The Living Tribunal

The One Above all and so on.

At its no just the Narutards, its other anime or comic obsessed people who can't give solid and logical argument on why their character should win and immediately go to bashing that person.

These are fictional characters so lets not go over the top please.

I hope I have not offended anyone, but that's how I feel.

TRUE STORY

A teenage girl about 17 named Diane had gone to visit some friends one evening and time passed quickly as each shared their various experiences of the past year. She ended up staying longer than planned, and had to walk home alone. She wasn't afraid because it was a small town and she lived only a few blocks away.

As she walked along under the tall elm trees, Diane asked God to keep her safe from harm and danger. When she reached the alley, which was a short cut to her house, she decided to take it. However, halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he were waiting for her. She became uneasy and began to pray, asking for God's protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness and security wrapped round her, she felt as though someone was walking with her. When she reached the end of the alley, she walked right past the man and arrived home safely.

The following day, she read in the newspaper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley just twenty minutes after she had been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and the fact that it could have been her, she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for her safety and to help this young woman, she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man, so she told them her story. The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a lineup to see if she could identify him. She agreed and immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told he had been identified, he immediately broke down and confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery and asked if there was anything they could do for her. She asked if they would ask the man one question. Diane was curious as to why he had not attacked her. When the policeman asked him, he answered, "Because she wasn't alone. She had two tall men walking on either side of her." Amazingly, whether you believe or not, you're never alone. Did you know that 98 of teenagers will not stand up for God, and 93 of the people that read this won't repost it?

I recently put up a bio for an original character for a fic, and I felt that I got a little bashed for it. Maybe they were trying to bash me maybe not, but I just want to say this.
I am not trying to make any character Mary Sue or Gary Stew. That’s why I am putting this for critique to help me find the faults I’ve made. Don’t just bash me. I’ve never said any of my main character’s where going to be secondary nor did I say that the where going to the main characters. If they are then that’s my business. I am grateful for any criticism, but please show me the respect that I deserve and I will return in kind.

Also, there a some many fics where a already existing character is turned into a God-like being from out of nowhere. Some times its okay and then there are others where they suck. There are some many fics about nothing but meaningless sex or bashing of certain characters. I enjoy some of these fics and some I can’t stand, but regardless of how I feel I still must respect the view of the other of those fics. If I feel like bashing their fic I don’t review and bash them about their thoughts.

Fan fiction is what we as fans would like the shows would like them to be. Like or dislike bashing a writer that puts the story in there respective is wrong and disrespectful. So what if we put our own characters in the story and make them the center of attention that’s our right. This is fan fiction is about. There are a lot of fics I dislike, but I try not to bash the writer for what they enjoy. We are writing this because we love to write, we love the show, and we want to share our ideas with others. Sometime we get too wrapped up in the popularity or unpopularity of our fics that we forget that. What I am trying to say is that we all have our opinions and that is our right, but lets stay respectful to each other. What we make our fics about is up to us and we must remember as people we must respect one another. Thank you.
