Author has written 10 stories for Stargate: Atlantis. My name is Karen. I was born, raised, schooled, and worked in Lincoln, NE until I moved to Colorado in the summer of 2005. Now I live in Arizona as of winter 2010. I'll always be a Husker Football fan no matter who the coach is or how badly we play. Such is life. I’m currently unemployed and that’s how I found this web-site. I was bored of housework and job hunting and I turned to the internet for some distraction. A note regarding my story Hypothesis from 9-16-09. Many of my reviewers requested a follow-up piece on how John reintergrated with the team and with Atlantis. Sadly to say there will NOT be a follow-up piece. My sincere apology to those who requested more. 8-24-10 - taking a break from writing. I can't seem to concentrate. So I thought if I went away from it for a while that I might just get over my writers block when I return. Cross your fingers this works. I really like my story 'Bini' and really want to finish it. I'll keep you posted on further developments. 3-17-2011 - Turns out my little hiatus from writing turned into MOVING to Arizona. Remind me next time (I hope there is never a next time) to win the lottery first and PAY someone to pack and unpack the trillion boxes that go into a move. There just is no end to the boxes, to the cleaning of everything before its put away, or the many decisions that go into deciding where it goes or how to arrange it in the first place.
