Hello all :). I'm schweinsty, I write fic, and I'm around twenty-ish. Nice to meet you :D.
For the most part, I tend to post stories that I've already finished. I tend to get distracted easily, and I don't want to leave readers hanging, as I did on a previous story on an old account, so I haven't written a chaptered fic in a couple of years. Any story I start I will finish; it's just that I have no control of some things in RL, so chapters may be delayed. If I do post a chaptered story, odds are I have not finished it, so read those at your own risk.
All stories are posted, first, on my livejournal account of the same name (link in my homepage); I often get lazy and wait a while to post them up here on ff.net, so my LJ will usually be more current.
Also: I welcome constructive criticism and honest feedback on any of my fics and appreciate notice of any mistakes I have made (whether they concern grammar, characterization, or continuity). I usually have my fics beta'ed, but mistakes still slip through occasionally - so if you think I've written someone OOC or messed up some part of my fic, please don't think I'll flame you for telling me. I've got a thick skin and can take any due criticism.
Oh, also: I write because I enjoy writing, not because I want reviews. I love reviews and appreciate everyone who takes the time to give me one, but I won't hold my stories hostage until I get a certain number or anything. I love being a part of fandom, but my ego won't suffer too much if I don't get a certain amount of feedback, so if I don't post anything for a while, it's probably because I'm blocked, busy with RL, or just don't think the stuff I've written is good enough to post. So don't worry - I'll never withhold fics because I'm in need of an ego-boost :P. Though I'll admit that, if I'm feeling down, feedback does tend to perk me up a bit :D. And I welcome all of it.
