Author has written 16 stories for Twilight. Hi, my name is Val. (Yes, that is short for Valerie.) Everything I write will be rated T or M, because that's the kind of audience I want. My hair is VERY red. Unnaturally red, but I like it that way. It's been like that for little over two and a half years. Sometimes the color will vary between purple-ish, to burgundy, to blood red, to fire engine red...to carrot top red. And then back again. My favorite to dye my hair is blood red and burgandy, though sometimes if you leave the dye in for too long, or not long enough, it won't come out the way you want it. I've discovered that no matter what color or shade I dye my hair, there will always be some idiot asking if it's my natural hair color. I used to be the dorky kid that everyone makes fun of. Not much has changed, except that no one really cares anymore. I sometimes brag about being the queen of La-La Land, though you wouldn't get the joke unless you shared the same teacher as I in the Third grade. I've never done any drugs, but everyone seems to think I do. All of the time. That's because I'm generally out-of-it, not paying attention, and singing the most bizarre songs at the most unusual times. I'm oblivious to everything, and tend to say things that make no sense. ("I feel like a piece of paper that has just been rubbed away at by a big pink eraser...kind of soft, and fluffy...but not fluffy, and still raw...") ("Hey guys...I'm hiding for the time being, do you mind if I hang out with you? Thanks. Hiding from what? -shrugs- I'm not sure. I just feel like hiding.") ("Don't worry Mr...erm, whatever-your-name-is. Sorry about that, don't take it personally. I can't remember my own name half the time.") I read at what is considered a pretty fast pace. I can read the seventh Harry Potter book in a day. I am an insomniac. And sometimes I think I might actually be really, honestly, crazy. ATTENTION C2 REQUESTERS: I've been getting a lot of requests lately for me to add people's stories to my C2. I haven't the faintest idea why...it used to be the #3 C2, but now it's probably not even on the front page anymore. Anyway, the point is that my C2 is extremely exclusive, and I don't accept any requests. If anything, requesting that I add your fanfiction to my C2 will likely ruin your chances of ever being included. Also, I don't accept suggestions, either. And while reading them might be very amusing, please don't send me messages with "please read this fanfic! The authors so cool and the story has X reviews, so it must be totally awesome!!1one!1" Because while you might think your "This totally isn't me" disguise is working, it really isn't. Also, I would just like to mention that the number of reviews a story has, has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of a fanfiction. If your fanfiction has ten thousand reviews, then congratulations. Ten thousand twelve-year-olds could connect on the level of your story and wanted to let you know about it. These days, the worth of a review in the Twilight Fandom on FF.net is plummeting faster than the worth of the USD. Sorry to sound like a bitch, but I'm really getting pissed at the people who are getting irritable (Or even flat out rude.) at me because I haven't added their stories. Also, I'm no longer accepting C2 staff requests, because every time I do add someone they just add their own stories. The main goal of my C2 is to collect all of the truly amazing AU fanfiction that I think could even be published under different circumstances. If your fanfiction doesn't make it in, it's not because your fanfiction is terrible, it's because I've got a stick up my ass when it comes to the standards for this C2, and the bar was just a little bit too high for your fanfiction...sorry. After not updating for about a year, I went back and realized that my fanfictions sucked...and that I didn't really care about it enough to go back and rewrite them.
