Hello to everyone who stumbled upon my profile!
I'm a 15 year old Finnish girl, so English isn't my first language. Actually, I've only studied it at school. And then I've spent a lot of time on English websites. So it isn't a big surprise if I make spelling and grammar errors. Actually, I write really well English considering my background. And I'm learning all the time.
I fell for fanfiction.. hmm. Almost two years ago? And I started writing it.. some time ago, I haven't really counted. I'm pretty selective with fandoms from which I read/write but I've learned to fall for more than one which is a huge surprise. I rarely write romance because I don't feel like I'm good at it. Though I like writing twisted romance in some occations. I love writing parental fics, especially Parental!RoyEd. Maybe because of problems with my own dad? I'm not actually sure. But when things took a step to worse I started losing the ideas. Maybe I lost my naïvity in that kind of relationship.
I don't mind shonen-ai or yaoi. Actually I support LRaito and RoyEd. RaitoL is good too but somehow I find it more fascinating when L is the seme.
I respect people who leave reviews after reading a fic. Because as an author I know how amazing it feels to get one. It's a wonderful feeling. I would appreciate if people wouldn't flame, but I'd be glad to hear someone saying straight that he/she doesn't like my fic and then say why. But of course, I prefer people who like my fics. That's just how it goes. And I appreciate it if you try to correct some of my spelling mistakes/grammar errors. It inproves me. Though sometimes I make them accidentally because I happen to think too quickly to write it down and everything get messed up. Happens with almost every chapter. Sorry about that. Please forgive me.
And I usually write late at night. You know how funny it is to write something after midnight and read the result in the morning? I sometimes get pretty scared. :D

As for why, I have to say it's simply amazing. The plot rolls well and there are two genii against each other. You never know what's coming. And even though it's really serious, there's some good humour. It's the kind of thing you get obsessed with and what fills you up.

Most hated characters: Misa, Rem
Best AMV I've seen for the series: The Last Firstborn - Celldweller (Note made by me, just a hint if someone's interested. Great effects!)
Fullmetal Alchemist
This story is touching and makes you think about the character's feelings and relationships with each others. Personally I prefer the manga even though most of my fics are for the anime. It's unique, I don't think I've ever read anything like it before, even though the Philosopher's stone is a very popular legend.
Favourite characters: Edward, Alphonse, Maes, Roy, Hohenheim, Ling
Most hated characters: Winry, Lyra, Dante, Roze, Envy
Best AMV I've seen for the series: Hollow - Submersed (Not made by me. Again, great effects. And good song!)
Loveless
Yes, I am a fan of this shounen-ai manga/anime. It's heartbreaking and makes you curious about how bad things can possibly get. And it has cute cat-boys.
Favourite characters: Ritsuka, Kio, Soubi
Most hated characters: I don't think I really hate anyone in these series. Though some of the characters manage to annoy me.
Harry Potter
Who wouldn't love these series? Do I even have to explain why I like it? Purely magical!
Favourite characters: Luna, Sirius, Remus
Most hated characters: Pansy, Fudge
Artemis Fowl
Again.. Who wouldn't love the battles of genii? It's just fabulous. The writer is a genius himself to come up with something like these series. He also hasn't been afraid of changing people's opinions of fairies, demons and such things. You never know how things are going to turn out.
Favourite characters: Artemis, Holly, Butler, Foaly, Mulch, Root
Most hated characters: Opal

29.4.2008 - My plotbunny for Swallowed by lies has died. Meaning I'm having quite a problem with it. I'll start working on it again when the ideas hit me. Before that, be ready for oneshots every now and then. I'm too scared to start a bigger project before I finish that one.
I have a dead plotbunny in my closet. It sucks. I want to write, but I don't know what about or if I try I pretty much fail. Maybe I should just try catching up with SBL. It could do some good for me. But for now, there'll be only some random oneshots. When I'll have to spend 2 months in Spain with only family as company fighting all the time and driving me insane, maybe that'd be the kind of distraction I'd need. Hopefully. I'll try then.
