Heya. I'm 30, female and live in the US. I enjoy writing, watching anime, reading voraciously and generally doing as little as possible. I'm pretty harmless but do possess a rapier wit, so don't push me as I tend to be rather snarky in my humor. But enough about me, let's hear more about me.

Something of importance you should know. Just because I'm a lesbian doesn't mean I only ship slash pairings. I'm an avid InuYasha/Kagome fan and hardcore Harry/Hermione lover. I also ship Willow/Tara, Cordelia/Faith, Sam/Brooke, Elphaba/G(a)linda, Kim/Shego and numerous other pairings too vast to list here. It's not about gender, it's about dynamics. It's in the way the characters interact with each other that makes something in my mind click and say "They belong together, damnit!" I will read any story, regardless of pairing if it's written well. If you can hold my interest, I'll stay to the bitter end. Even if it's a pairing I don't normally like. Just wanted to say that as there's way too many idiots out there who will inevitably say something stupid about a pairing I ship. I believe in preemptive idiot control.

I'm a talentless hack by the way. I write for my own enjoyment and if anyone else gets a wee bit of joy out of my drivel, that's great. I'm trying to improve my style and form so if you have anything constructive to say, particularly in regards to action scenes, I'm all ears. Except I only have 2 ears and don't plan on getting anymore. Cause really, more than 2 ears? Ew. Feedback is appreciated but never required. I promise, I'll ramble til I'm done, regardless if anyone's listening.

Edited to Add: No, I STILL haven't died or dropped off the face of the earth, but RL has been up and down and all around and is just now starting to calm down. I did move across country and have moved again in my new state just recently, but have been hard at work on Chapter 6 and parts of Chapter 7 again. Don't give up on me. Every note, PM, and review sent has kept me going with this story. Seriously, it has meant more than I can say to have people still sending me reviews and PMs asking about Ties That Bind. I haven't forgotten ya'll or Kim & Shego. Promise. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
