Hello! Thanks for visiting my page.
I don't know why I finally decided to do an "about me" section for my profile - I guess I just saw everyone else doing it, and thought "what the hell, why not?"

I'm a romance-writer, and I specialize in male/male pairings (otherwise known as yaoi, or "boy's love").

Currently my favorite fandom is Walter/Henry, from Silent Hill 4: The Room. I don't have the words to express how much I love the pairing; I feel idealistically close to Henry, and I deeply sympathize in Walter's plight.
Coming in second is a tie between Byakuya/Renji and Hichigo/Ichigo, from Bleach. As fans of mine know, I've started and stopped fics featuring both couples. One day I'll finish these, but first must come my Walter/Henry phase.

It takes me a long time to write something good. I can whip up something bad within a day or so, but you guys don't want that, right?
There's no such thing as a truly good piece of work that didn't take some amount of significant effort on the writer's part. I just want to do my best to make sure the work I'm producing from here on out is worthy of being read by the people that take time out of their lives to do so.
And, it doesn't hurt that I love what I do. There's nothing I'm more passionate about than writing (no, not even gaming compares [I know, right? Even I'm shocked as I write this]).

Reviews and critical comments are always valued. I don't know everything I need to improve on if I don't hear it from you guys.
And, yeah, I guess just hearing if you liked/disliked my work helps, too. At least in the motivational area...

No, I don't have any prior education in creative writing. I was in a club for it in high school, but back then I was doing shitty work and was overly-protective of my stories. Now I'm not so pig-headed, and freely welcome other's opinions on my work.
I was raised by my single-parent mother to be creative and idealistic. She really pushed me to work on my literary skills, and because of her, I tested on a college-level of literacy when I was in sixth grade.
I never learned anything through school; it all came from my mom. I was also never pushed in school, even in my advanced classes. I basically just skated through. Which burned an inescapable belief inside of me that America is ruining our youth. I don't think anyone can change that opinion of mine, since I've been to quite a lengthy list of schools, and they've all amounted to the same in my eyes.

Anyway, I take a decent amount of pride in my old work, but it's all shit compared to some of the things I'm about to put out.
I've really raised the bar for myself, and nothing short of an A+ will be posted anymore. I don't care how long it takes to get it that way, either - so don't be surprised if you're kept waiting a while. Sorry, guys.
That's why I've adapted to finishing my work by segments, and uploading them as small chapters en masse. Hopefully a bulk product can sustain the wrath of fellow fangirls (and boys, maybe?).

Inactive. I'm unpacking and getting into school, so there's not enough time for side projects.

Update:

A lot of things have happened since my last update. I'm still unpacking after moving, and I'm debating which school to enroll in now, so things are really busy for me.

But I've already finished the first chapter of my Silent Hill 4: The Room fanfiction. Really, there's enough content for several chapters, so I'm still debating on how to section things off.

Coming to Terms With Fools: Work in Progress

I'm still in the blue-printing process of this fiction. I believe the entire story may be taken down sometime soon for a makeover, but I'm not sure. I'll leave it up to the fans on whether to change the outline or continue on as-is.

I Hate Being Yours: Finished

I'm extremely proud (and relieved) to call this fiction closed. Part II can be found under "Demolition". I'd like to thank the multitudes of fans that kept me working hard on this piece. I'd like to say it's my favorite to date, save TOFM.

Bathtime: Finished

I think I did a pretty bang-up job; but, judging by the amount of 'story alerts' that got hooked to it, you guys think I plan on updating it. Does it need a sequel? I thought not, but... my eyes don't catch everything, I guess. What do you wanna see? I don't want to boost the rating, it's one of the only things under M I've written.

This One's From Mars: Work in Progress

I'm excited to have so many fans out there pushing me on in my work. The next chapter's coming out as soon as it's ready. Right now it's got some major bugs to sift through. They're all technical and blockage-related, so don't fear as far as characters or plot-trauma. It's all a-go from here.

Monster: Finished

Doesn't seem like it went over very well. Particularly because I strayed from my usual audience. It's definitely not the kind of story that's for everyone. I'm happy I got the amount of hits I did, though. That was impressive.

Calneh: Undecided

I'm proud of the research I put into this one. I thought it would appeal to my fans, but really it seems like the classic Renji/Rukia fans are quite fickle. But it was my choice to seek out this genre... I'll continue it if things go as planned.
