I'm so terribly sorry that I haven't gotten an update for NDH out yet--I sincerely planned to. However, long story short my roommate has a stalker and it has progressed to the point where he could be making a move soon. I've been busy not sleeping and trying to do everything to keep myself safe.

One of my friends WhyMustIWrite has a policy where she doesn't post anything until it's already all typed out and basically finished, and so that's what I plan to do with all my future multi-chapter stories. Of course I'll still have to fix a few things, but it'll get to the point where I'll be able to post a chapter a week, so there will be no more problems like months in between updates. Sound like a good idea? :)

More about me:

My life's greatest ambition is to publish a book, though aside from being an author, I want to be a DNA Forensic Scientist. My hobbies include writing, drawing, photography, swimming, dance, hiking, sleeping, poetry, hanging out with my family, hanging with friends, etc. I also like spontaneous dance parties in my apartment. I'm very neat and need things to be organized. I am in love with my laptop.

I'm utterly and completely addicted to Katekyo Hitman Reborn! There are just so many amazing characters—I love just about all of them and . . . and it's just so amazing. Gokudera is my favorite hands-down. His devotion is something to be admired, and while he's a bit gruff he is an amazing person. With the manner in which he grew up, he could have turned out quite differently. Plus the fact that he's still alive is a great testament to his perseverance and strength of character. He's never one to give up and when he finds something he cares about he fights to protect it to his last breath. Gokudera has very powerful emotions that can be detrimental at times, but when it counts you're lucky to have him on your side.

Second would have to be Tsuna. I admire him for his big heart and he is the most fascinating shounen hero I've ever seen. He's selfless, has compassion for his enemies (within reason), and simply brings out the best in people. He also has the greatest character change. Tsuna begins as a loser who has no purpose in life and is merely content to simply exist, but throughout the course of the story he shoulders responsibility, finds people who matter to him more than anything, and when it comes to protecting his Family and all that he holds dear, he's the strongest person ever. What I like about him is that he doesn't flaunt his abilities and only calls upon them when needed. I could go on and on about all the KHR characters and why I love them, but that would take forever.

KAKASHI TRILOGY

Book 1: Abrupt Childhood: (In-progress) Even though I've finished The Truth and am currently on chapter 5 of Hidden Memories, I feel like this one needs to exist. This fic will cover Kakashi's birth all the way to the night of the Kyuubi attack, which is where the 2nd book picks up. Here I will take a deeper look into who Kakashi's parents are, what made him who he is today, what it was like growing up when the villagers all hated him, what white chakra does, why Kakashi seems to be the only living survivor of the Hatake clan, and much, much more!

Book 2: The Truth: (Completed) This is the story we've all been waiting for, when Naruto is told who his father is. Kakashi reveals the truth to him, and then we get a look on what happened on that fatal night that Kyuubi attacked and one of the greatest men in Konoha laid down his life for the village. This is the shortest story in the trilogy.

Book 3: Hidden Memories of the Past: (In-progress) The final story in the series, it starts out with Kakashi telling Naruto that he's found a way to open the seal that the idiot council put on him so that he wouldn't remember what it was like growing up with Kakashi taking care of him. The following chapters are the story of how Kakashi takes care of Naruto and how he changes the jounin's life for the better, and then how the council takes him away from Kakashi.
