I am a huge, geeky fan of many things. At the moment my biggest crush is on Stargate SG-1, followed closely by my obsession with Supernatural, but I've become addicted to Harry Potter fanfic on more than one occasion and there are many other fandoms that I occasionally wander into for the purpose of sampling fic. My fanfic is mostly banter for the sake of banter, because sarcasm is usually three quarters of what I love about a given show. Any fic that escapes my banter muse is usually very maudlin indeed because apparently I can't find a nice happy medium between gleeful, snarky silliness and self-indulgent angst. I hope at some point to write a fic that is just the right balance of the two, at which time I will use it to take over the world.
