Age:I am a twenty+ year old female.

My favorite shows: Obviously Avatar and I love writing about it...Might expand into other fandoms now that Avatar is over... My other favorites to watch right now are: Naruto, Inuyasha, Full-Metal Alchemist (Both series actually but I prefer Brotherhood since it's closer to the manga then the original but then again the original is pretty good in it's own right. Still I'd rather watch FMA:Brotherhood) and recently I've gotten into watching and loving every moment of it subbed Yu-Gi-Oh episodes and YGO Abridged Series.(Because it is just that hysterical! Why so British?XD)

Movies: I like anything with a good story and action. These are some of my favorites: Matrix trilogy, Star Wars' trilogy, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Terminator trilogy, Spiderman 1& 2, Pirates of the Caribbean and the Harry Potter Movies.

Video Games

Most of what I have video game wise is based off my favorite movies and shows.

Books: Harry Potter Series, Lord of the Rings Trilogy or anything by J.R.R. Tolkien and basically any good story with fantasy sci-fi or just plain fiction but that's rather rare though... Okay now you know a little bit about me, let's move on.

Ships for Avatar in fan-fic as well as the show: Anything Canon, such as Kataang, Sukka, Maiko. The only non-canon ships that I like are Ty-Lee/Haru, Azula/OC (Believe me I ran across a really good one that made me love it.) Jetzula, Harzula, The Doph (although watching the finale again it seems like it maybe canon), Teo/Ty Lee, Sokkla, Tokka and Toko(Although Sukka has kinda taken over. XD), Toph/Haru and Teoph(Depends on how it's done and whether it is based on personality etc. and don't you dare give me the cripple likes a cripple argument that is the most pathetic excuse to ship anyone. Sorry about that it's just that I know some people that do have disabilities and I know that they would definitely find that type of logic insulting.). As for Zutara and Taang all I ask is to be true the characters and no character bashing(Yes that means no Mai bashing. I swear most Zutarians seem to have a vendetta against her.).

Ships for other shows that I really like:

Full-Metal Alchemist: Royai (Seriously if they don't get together at the end of the manga I will seriously have to hurt someone because it is so obviously there. See chapter 95, she was willing to die if he did that screams love to me.), Edwinry (Again painfully obvious and Winry has even said that she loves Ed.)

Yu-Gi-Oh!: Yuugi/Anzu, Yami/Anzu/ Yuugi (For fun because it's rather hysterical...See the 50 episode of the subbed there is a scene that actually features Yami teasing Yuugi on how to get Anzu to like him.)Atemu/Mana, Atemu/OC, Kaiba/ reincarnated Kisara, Priest Seto/Kisara, Mai/Jounouchi

Inuyasha: KagInu, Miroku/Sango

Harry Potter: Ginny/Harry, Ron/Hermione, Bill/Fleur, Tonks/Remus, James/Lily (obviously besides their dynamic at school is really funny once they get past the hexing each other stage.) one-sided Snape/Lily (Because of the Deathly Hallows, seriously reading that chapter and some excellently done fan-fics have made me love this ship or at least to onesided-version of it.)

Rurouni Kenshin: Kenshin/Kaoru (They are an absolutely adorable. Plus Kaoru's personality makes it interesting to say the least.)

Naruto: SakuSasu, NaruSaku, NaruHina,(Frankly I don't really mind either ship just as long as it makes sense and again no character bashing but personally I think that SakuNaru is going to happen in the manga or SakuSasu don't know we'll hopefully get something soon on that...shrugs), Gaara/Matsuri, NejiTen, ShikaTem, Sai/Ino.

Basically in the shipping world I like anything canon or a excellent OC in there but I will read others if they are well-done. Also just not anything with lesbian or gay or incest or any other perverted couples.

DANGER, RANTS AHOY!

My personal venting section so yeah be prepared...

Sexual Molestation or Perversion this is including and not limited to: Perverted Sexual practices, Incest, Bestiality, Gay and Lesbian couples that out of character: Yes I know that there are gay and lesbian couples out there and they have a choice and I respect that. But out of character gay couples like Sokka and Zuko or Toph and Katara, I can't stand them. As for any sexual perversion like incest and bestiality... It so wrong on many levels. I don't read them or do I endorse nor write about them favorably nor find such behavior acceptable. Rest assured I not going to flame people because I don't like what they write but I absolutely refuse to read them. Like Yami Yuugi x Yuugi, er...awkward seeing as their sharing a body and from what I've seen in the manga and anime there is really nothing suggest anything more then a very close friendship or like a jewel of a laugh that I spotted in the Naruto section, ItaSasu...Okay I see both very irate Uchihas aiming Amaterasu at you guys now...Naruto/Sasuke is riot as well seeing as after their "kiss" the both of them were ill with Sasuke threatening to kill Naruto...Yup, not gay there. Another wacky ship is one I found in the Yu-Gi-Oh corridor Yami Malik x Malik(I've learned recently that it's actually Malik not Marik.) trust me that just goes beyond the normal levels of perverted not to mention odd seeing as Yami Malik's is Malik's other personality. Yeah, you've heard here first Marik has multiple personality disorder and no it is not an evil spirit from the Millennium Scepter(Rod in the English dub but that carries so many nasty innuendos that I'm surprised 4kids didn't pounce on it. Seriously someone with a nasty mind could so take that wrong.)

Sex- It is a natural process yes but I don't want to have the mental image of my favorite characters getting it on. It strikes me as vulgar so I tend to avoid them...Period. I mean subtle hinting I am OK with. Blunt hinting, not really cool with that. Detailed description of sexual scenes heterosexual or otherwise, not cool with that.

Poor grammar, spelling and punctuation and poor writing style and poor writing mechanics- A story is not a one sentence wonder people. Yes I understand that not everyone is a novelist but seriously would kill some of you to actually use Spell Check or get a beta or even read the stories out loud before you post them? I understand that mistakes are inevitable, we all make them but those of you that tend to do a one sentence paragraphs with little description or dialog or have poor grammar or mechanical writing skills need to read more...or pay attention to English and Literature classes. Observe how good authors write their stories, you'd be amazed how much you writing improves. Yes I'm not perfect in this regard but that's why I've got an awesome beta that's not afraid to utterly insult me and tear me to pieces if my writing sucks. Also before I send anything in to my beta, I read it aloud to myself (Trust me you catch a billion mistakes in this manner and it seriously works.) and go over it several times with spell check. So yeah pay attention to your writing when doing a story and also pay attention to reviews they are an invaluable help to fledgling author such as myself. Don't ignore constructive criticism because most of the time there is merit. If it's just flames then Firebend it away.

Character Bashing for whatever the reason- Yeah I know there are characters in a show that we can't stand for whatever the reason but I think it's rather petty and not to mention immature to bash a fictional character because he or she interferes with a particular ship or simple out of dislike. This oddly enough seems to be a phenomenon common to the Avatar fandom then anywhere else...For example there are Zutarians that will go out of their way to bash Aang and have characters call him a stupid Airbender in their stories or portray him as an immature boy with shallow feelings for Katara. Also many of the same ship go out of their way to bash Mai and call her a flat character with no feelings whatsoever and basically write her off or worst make her a villain akin to Azula or in the Naruto fandom bashing Sasuke...Although from what is going in the manga it's not really helping the cause either... Other shippers(canon or otherwise) or even normal writers have similar faults to characters that interfere with any relationship or they can't stand for whatever reason.

See I think that is rather dumb thing to do and shows a certain level of immaturity on the part of the writer because numero uno: It's a fiction get over yourselves, please. (Sorry it just drives me up the wall on how obsessive some people are to the point of being rude to real people namely authors or reviewers or sometimes even bashing the creators of the show.) Numero dos: Instead of bring down a character in such a petty manner why don't you challenge yourself into writing a story that features them as a main character? It may change your viewpoint somewhat if you have to evaluate a character from the standpoint of an author not a viewer. (Trust me doing so will change your view or at least give you a new understanding.) Numero tres: There are better things to do with your time then bashing characters so really don't. All character bashing does is insults your ability to write a good tale. Yes there will be characters that we hate but a good writer of fan-fic or an original composition portrays both likable and unlikeable characters with all their faults and strengths without rancor. (No I'm not trying to be rude towards others who have a different view or who like another ship that I don't like, just telling them that if they hate a character try to at least keep the person IC and not make them OOC or make other characters hateful because they, not the characters, have a distaste for them.)

Crossovers: Yes there are good crossovers out there but some really drive me nuts. These are mainly those that are nothing but a cheap ripoff of a movie...Which constitutes as just retelling the story with the fandom's characters inserted in there... Seriously I know how difficult it is writing a good crossover (Believe me, I'm writing a few and they are not that easy to do...) without going mad yourself or stepping on other fandom's toes but don't follow the story literally. After all that's what the books or whatever the medium is for and quite frankly I find it insulting that some authors merely copy and paste characters into their favorite movie or book. Fan Fiction is for exploring ideas based off those worlds not copying it, so seriously don't.

They can't do that!: This syndrome is characterized by people that think that they know better then the creators of the franchise about how certain characters should act or event should be played out. That just drives me crazy every single time I come across this. Yes there are times when things should be better executed and you should say so. However on that note, please be aware that it's their creation not yours. Fan-Fiction works within someone else's creative world. Don't like the way things are going, AU it but seriously don't rant on and on on how you could do franchise better.

This is usually followed by either a long hiatus either due to lack of creativity or time constraints (Like Avatinator, Lord of the Rings, Prelude to a Nightmare, Dimensional Wars.) or permanent abandonment. OBITUARY FOR THE LATE MR. COMMON SENSE

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape.

He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as: Knowing when to come in out of the rain; why the early bird gets the worm; Life isn't always fair; and Maybe it was my fault.

Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge). His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6 year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It declined even further when schools were required to get Parental consent to administer Calpol, sun lotion or a band-aid to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.

Common Sense lost the will to live as the Ten Commandments became contraband; churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims.

Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.

Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.

Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust; his wife, Discretion; his daughter, Responsibility; and his son, Reason.

He is survived by his 3 stepbrothers; I Know My Rights, Someone Else Is To Blame, and I'm A Victim. Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone. If you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the majority and do nothing.

"A movie maker with a morbid sense of humor and a very goth Christmas movie."

Dean groaned comically at the two perplexed full grown wizards as the other Muggle-born in the room began to giggle at their expense...

Star Shinobi:

If the guttural voices were anything to go by then it was obvious that both he, Suigetsu and Hinata were in deep kimchi. Suigetsu was already passed out because he was so hot while Hinata was barely cognizant while he was merely thirsty. Seems that his home had prepared him for this sort of thing. He could feel the sand shift beneath them as his little talent began making the sand into a shield from the bellowing winds that had suddenly picked up. Abruptly the wind stopped blowing allowing the boy's sand shield to dissipate and with that the group stopped as well. Their stopping point was at a strange hole taken their time getting off their fuzzy steads and with a shove the on holding him threw Gaara towards the hole that was emitting grunting noises strangely enough. What was it anyway? Despite his kidnappers' wishes landed softly on the ground as the sand around him cushioned his fall allowing him to land on his feet instead of on his face. As he stood up he hear something nearby crack loudly, he barely had a chance to scream before something violently grabbed his ankle and was suddenly dragged into the hole that was filled with strange white rocks and a huge beak...WAIT A SECOND!?

"GAARA!" Hinata's scream was almost drowned out by the roars of triumph that were coming from their captors and the screeches coming ominously from the hole. Gaara on the other had was panicked as the tentacle around his leg yanked him down near the beak that was snapping in preparation for him. Gaara didn't even have time to react before he was grabbed by the beak and shoved into a dark and dank chamber with his sand all but gone. Before he could process on what that meant, he experienced a sensation that he had never felt before in all his life.

Pain. (Can anyone guess what he's in?)
