Bio-about me

Hey, this is Wanabeanautha here. As any of you who've read any of my stuff know, I am obsessive over drama and most of my stroies end in tragedy. But over my last few years of writing, I've grown and learned a lot about my self and my works. I hope to make this show in my stories.

Mostly, I am an almost 16 year old girl living in a boring town with big dreams and big ideas. And in my own mind, I've got constant adventures going, stories of terrible shipwrecks and hidden treasures. Tales of love and sacrifice. I know, not exactly the most uncommon thing, but it is my life. I'd love to say its interesting, but compared with my dream worlds, it's barely livable.

The number one thing you need to know about me it that my updates are gaurenteed to be ununiformed. I try. I really do. But my hands just can't type as fast as my mind can think. If I could, I'd be so happy. Right now, I know the intimate details even of almost every major works I've ever made and some that I haven't even started. And it doesn't help that other things, like school and real world drama, are always present to suck away my inspiration.

I can be rather obsessive with my writing. With one of my stories, Apocolypse, I've been writing almost non stop for it, only pausing to throw in some inspiration by watching random episodes from the show it belongs to, Supernatural.

Why I love what I write

In order for me to take up writing a story for something, there has to be something I like. Most of the time, I won't care if the effects in a movie are absolutlely horendous or amazing, though that'll add to my fasenation, it won't be enough to make me start writing. I truely don't care much for different languages or dynamics of the sort. No, what I really care about is most often plot. Is there a good, solid plot to get me hooked? I rarely'll do a thing with it if there isn't. So here, I'll tell you what I mean with some awsome examples.

Avatar the Last Airbender- Probably the most childish on this list I have to say. Nick really impressed me though by coming up with it. This show has it all. Something for you to think about, even after the last episode had premered and you were sitting there, begging for more. I could say that a 12-year-old-boy-saving-the-world is a far too spun out plot, but it doesn't just end there. There's Zuko, the confused bannished prince of the fire nation who, alone, could make a story that it would be easy to fall in love with. Between his conflicted feelings about his father and the massive choices he was always faced with, I loved his charactor. But there's also love, the beautiful fling between Sokka and Princess Yue, who was tragicly taken before it could go any further. And we saw another side to Aang, about how being told you are destined to save the world can be sort of scary. There was sad moments and trumphant ones. Amazing animation and awsome voices. And the music they used gives me chills even today.

Favorite Character- Zuko. He is nothing but turmoil and that fastenates me. Plus his voice is sexy and they did a great job drawing his charator.

Eragon- While I do agree that both Eldest and Brisingr were far too played out, the energy, the excitement of Eragon has allowed me to continue writing for the series. Who doesn't like a classic struggle of good versus evil and a quircky young hero? The movie did suck more then anything and the ancient language left languists calling the story out. And then there's the star wars/ LOTR mixing thing everyone got so worked up about. But all in all, you can't deny that the gerneral plot, while sometimes rather annoying, is pretty good. Some scenes still stick in my head even today.

Favorite Charater- Murtagh. He has such a tourchered soul and I always feel bad for him.

Moulin Rouge- One of the most beautiful stories I've ever heard to be honest. This movie was one that really had it all. Humor, parody, drama, tradegy, and romance. All the elements you need to create a sad, beautiful, yet mockery story. Loved everything about the movie, even if it was weird at first. I don't think it could ever be done the same again. Beauty, Truth, Freedom, and that which I beileve above all things: Love!

Favorite Character- Satine. Nicole Kidman really acted her out well. She is a very vesitile charactor.

Supernatural- What can I say. This show for me is "like deep-fried crack." It took me a while to get hooked, over three years to be more exact, but once I was, I could not stop thinking about the next new episode. Supernatural is probably the closest to perfection there could be. Two extremely hot brothers battling evil with a kick-ass car and a love for 80s music. But as I had said, I mostly get hooked on plots. Supernatural has it in spades. This pair is what every family wishes their siblings could be like. Sometimes(hell most of the time) they are fighting or making fun of each other, but they would go to Hell and back for one another. Literally. Not even making that up.

Favorite Character- Sam. Don't get me wrong. Love them both. But Sam is a walking, living, breathing plot and I love it.

Twilight-Yes this is one of the things I have been up to this winter break. I have now read both Twilight and New Moon and bits of Eclipse. And while I do see the whole cheezy thing for sure that some people talk about, cheezy to me is good. I figure we are all so screwed to hell in love greaty, so it is just fine to see someone do something so...cute. To me, the movie wasn't the best, but it definately gets a better score than Eragon did and Bella's whole blinking thing was absolutely hillarious. As far as the whole thing goes, I am no Twilight junkie. Not by a long shot. But I do see tons of plot ideas and may, after getting through the other two, write one or two shorter stories about it, as I was hit with an idea the other day. Got to say that it is rather addicting, though Bella's angst in New Moon went on so damn long and depressing it was hard to read till Jacob came in.

Favorite Character-Either Alice or Jacob. Alice because I loved seeing almost a future version of Bella, Jacob because Peris needs love plus I love the whole dynamic of him loving Bella when she wants to be a vamp is pretty damn cool. Both of these characters, also, had a decent if not good translation to the silver screen.

Uglies- Not enough good things I could say about this book. I could go on for days and never finish. Talk about a fastenating plot. I was on the edge of my seat from cover to cover. I've read every book in the series, including Extras. I loved Specials the best. Once you got past the raw, scariness of the book, you could see the amazing plot for what it was. Some rather tender things about our soceity were prodded in a new, fresh way and I could easily see this become the coolest movie you've ever seen.

Favorite Character- Either Shay or David. Can't decide. Shay because she is bad ass, determined, and really cool to write for. David because I alway thought he was an amazing charactor, the way he called Tally beautiful.

What I will and will not do

As you can see, my taste in shows is versitile. But my taste in other things are not. There are a few things I simply won't do.

Number one: Oneshots. I don't know why, but I have a passionate hate for them. Not saying I can't read on or two, I just could never write one.

Number two: Insest. Winsist types bug me even more though. Yes I know Sam and Dean love each other, but not like that, ya ijiot. I think brothers should never cross into something so...discusting. I'm not taking a shot at gay people; I have a friend who's gay and another who's bi. I just think it's wrong to have it cross family bonds.

Number three: Western types. I really don't know what to say other than that I just don't like it.
