Anyways, I'm Holli... Now that we have that covered, and you're sure that you didn't accidentally click on my Profile thinking it was someone else's... Let's talk about this chick, man! (Anyone recognize my hidden The Soup reference there?)
As I said before, I'm Holli... So, hi!
I am a unbelievably huge Edward Cullen fan. You'd have to be to do some of the stuff I've done. Like:
1. Freaking out in the middle of Old-Navy, just because you found a clearance shirt that had SEATTLE blazed across the front... (My justifications of this being something a crazed Edward Cullen fan would do being: a. Bella and Edward were supposed to go on their first date there, but instead went to his meadow. b. In the beginning of New Moon, Bella says: "Edward didn't seem to understand why I objected to him spending money on me- why it made me uncomfortable if he took me to an expensive restaurant in Seattle...")
2. You can give me any word of phrase, and I'll have it connected to Twilight in under 5 minutes. No joke.
3. I made Edward Cullen a birthday cake on his birthday (even though he couldn't have ate it), and I stayed up till midnight the night before to toast him with red Kool-Aid I made, since I wasn't actually going to drink real animal's blood.
4. I wrote a paper on why Edward Cullen was a good role model for today's young men to look up to... and got an A.
5. I've done a total of 6 book-talks, presentations, book reports on the Twilight books... and I'm getting ready to do another on New Moon. (It's going to have massive amounts of glitter...)
I also spend an unimaginable amount of time stalking, fantasizing about, imagining elaborate scenes about, and other really weird and random things about Harry Potter. If he's the boy who lived, I'm the girl who lived with him. His flat's really roomy. He doesn't even know I sleep in his third bathroom, imagine that!
I'm also a huge music fan. I'm really into Rock, Alt Rock, College Rock, Indie Rock, Techno-Rock, Pop-Rock, and Screamo/Emo. Some of my current favorites being:
1. Taking Back Sunday-The Louder Now Album, and a collection of their older stuff. Adam Lazzara is a rock god!
2. Scary Kids Scaring Kids- Faces and Watch Me Bleed (which, here's a little tidbit for you, inspired Chapter 31 of my story The Weird and Wonderful Tales of the Cullen's.)
3. Vampire Weekend- Oxford Comma is a totally out-there song that I love and it mentions llamas and Lil' Jon, what else could you want in a song?
4. Backstreet Boys- They used to make my world go round.
5. NSync- Sometimes I like to pretend I'm still 8 and then I bust out this CD and rock like none other!
I absolutely live for movies. I love a little bit of all types of movies. Some fantastic movies everyone should own:
1. Say Anything. John Cusack. holding. a. boombox. CLASSIC!
2. The Breakfast Club- John Hughes is a flipping GENIUS!
3. Weird Science- "From my heart and from my hand. Why don't people understand?..." (Weird Science, Oingo Boingo)
4. The Harry Potter series. If I can't have Edward Cullen, I'll take Harry Potter... I love a man with a scar.
There's BUNCHES more, but I'm lazy, and I don't have to write anymore...
Here's my little dedication section... it's like the Oscar's of the Profile Section.
And the award goes to...
freak a geek!! For the one-billionth time in a row... LOL.
She is one of those girls that I can so see myself just sitting on a couch with, in my ratty pajamas, with a spoon in one hand and a tub of ice-cream in the other, watching angsty movies and bawling my eyes out, without feeling self-concious at all.
We've also decided that we will have Edward and Jasper for ourselves, although, as I've said before, she can gladly take Jasper, I only have eyes for Edward...
And we've also decided that Bella and Alice are good enough people that they'll gladly step down for the good of their men... Or we'll go Rambo on them, whichever the situation calls for. (I'm tying on my red bandana as we speak, read, whatever.)
She writes fantastic stories that have much more depth then mine ever have... Hers are like the deep end of the community pool, while mine are still in the baby pool, thrashing around in the pee-filled water.
So, let's give that girl a hand!
Now, for a little background info on my stories:
The First Kiss: This is my first ever Fanfiction... It's basically Edward'd POV of his and Bella's first kiss. It's very short, and I keep telling myself that I'll go back and work on it, but I never do.
Good Day Gone Bad: This one is my mucho-angsty story that is so angsty they should just go ahead and make it into a Lifetime movie special. Bella's mom dies, and Bella doesn't take it so well.. Blah, blah, blah. Edward Cullen is a god... Blah, blah, blah... Cheesy last chapter. The End. Story of my life right there, folks. (Well, it would be if I was Bella, dating Edward, with a dead mom. Pretty much totally different than the actual story of my life...)
The Weird and Wonderful Tales of the Cullen's: This is, by far, my favorite one to write. I can basically do whatever I want, whenever I want. I could make Edward Cullen break up with Bella and date me if I wanted too, which I won't, because that's just bad writing. There are no rhyme or reason to these... They're just whatever goes through my mind.
Come Whatever May: Alternative Universe... wooooo! When Bella's forced to go teepeeing with her new "friends" when she first comes to Forks, they ditch her on Edward Cullen's lawn... Where they decide that they must have revenge...MWAHAHAHAHAHA!
Bella, Isabella: I honestly can't remember what this one is about right now... But I do remember that Edward and Bella have a funny conversation about music in his car in one of the early chapters.
The Magical Effects of Alcohol: This one is so out-of-character, that's it's just hilarious. When Emmett and Alice poison the lakes and river of Forks, the deer drink it, which heightens their blood alcohol level, and when Edward drinks from the deer... so does his. He's fun drunk. I bet he'd be easy to take advantage of too... (Smiles evily.)
The Best TeeBall Team Ever!: A really light and fluffy story about Bella coaching a TeeBall team... Edward gets peed on in this one, so it's good times!
And the Harry Potter ones:
A Different Sort of Perspective: A sort-of seriousish oneshot about a moment that really puts things into perspective for Harry. But it takes place at a park and involves kids with sticks, so really, how serious could it be?
An Unusual Wake Up Call: This is adorable! Harry recieves an unusual wake up call when Ginny turns of age... OMG! HE'S ALMOST NAKED IN THIS ONE! READ IT! Fangirls immediately copy and paste Heck, I did, and I wrote it!
Hollywood with Holli: The Harry Potter Episodes: My talk show where I interview, and frequently bash, the Harry Potter characters. So far I've had on Harry, Ron, and I think that's it.
