18/5/13 - ANNOUNCEMENT II

Writing will officially re-commence next month when the exams are over.

To those who reviewed extensively while I was away, thank you so much. I tried my best to reply to all of them - if I've missed out any of you or double-replied (because I am such a forgetful arse), I duly apologize. Trust me, I do read every single review and am grateful for every single one. They provide so much inspiration on a dreary university day.

P/S: Whatever made you guys think I left? Yes, I was inactive and I sucked in replying mails - but hey, I promised I would come back. Just wait. I promise not to abandon you guys.

3/3/13 - ANNOUNCEMENT

I will be taking a temporary break from fanfiction. University life has been really busy - I've just gotten myself settled at the dorms, but classes do take a toll and juggling a double degree isn't easy.

However, let me say this - I am NOT abandoning my stories. I intend to start up writing again as soon as I can, and with some luck, chapters will be up and about as usual - though at a slower rate than before.

Furthermore, I will continue to read and review stories as usual.

PMs and emails might take some time for me to get to. I apologize.

I am not providing any beta-reading services for now.

Despite this, I hope all of you continue to stick by me. I truly value every mate I've met here, and I would love to keep in touch with all of you.

Don't give up on me yet - I'll still be around!

Call me Anne. That's who I am here and in the real world too - I don't have such a fancy-sounding last name, though. I'm eighteen, and am officially starting university life with a double degree in Arts and Law.

I like writing fanfiction. It gives me the practice I need - writing a bestseller is a dream I plan on achieving in this lifetime, you see, so every single bit of practice counts. That said, I appreciate every single review given to me - they help me improve and provide inspiration at the same time. I also try my best to review every single story I read because I believe that every writer deserves to have some acknowledgement after the effort they've put in.

I love writing about my favorite characters - giving them lives outside the series and delving into their personalities are concepts that appeal to me a whole lot. By the way, I do not always support canon couples. I draw up potential pairings based on their interactions in the canon - and not on what is actually clearly "defined" by the creator. Besides, to me, a good story does not depend on the pairing featured in it - though I guess it does influence my mind to a certain extent. Basically, I support all sorts of pairings. And by all, I mean all.

Now, for some boring facts which you might not bother to read.

I'm the girl who appears to be shy, quiet - and yet those who know me also know that I cuss like a sailor, especially on winter mornings and times when things don't go right. They know me for my wild, unpredictable ideas. I'm the girl who can be called a prude, and yet be the one who crashes wild parties whenever I want to. I get nicknames - odd ones, most of the time. As of now, a friend of mine calls me "high and mighty, self-righteous Anne." That sure makes me sound like a prat, doesn't it?

I play the piano, write some music, and draw. Swordfighting is something I've been devoting myself to, so is martial arts and traveling around the world whenever I have the chance to. Pancakes with maple syrup on top are my favorite. I like afternoon tea, sunshine and some rain. Autumn's good, and then there's hot chocolate, warm sweaters and marshmallows. I indulge myself in that sense.

Please take the time to review the stories I have on my favorites, as well as check out their respective authors too. They're amazing, and simply provide the right inspiration for many of us out there.
