I'm all for the creative outlet that fan fiction writing allows. It's a good excercise in writing and developing a style. I'm a hopelessly devoted fan of The Outsiders, the greatest book ever written. I also follow the fandoms of CSI, Velvet Goldmine and Four Brothers ... some others when I feel like it but predominantly those. My favorite characters are: Dallas Winston and Tim Shepard from the Outsiders. Nick Stokes, Warrick Brown and Greg Sander from CSI. Jack and Bobby from Four Brothers. And of course, Brian Slade and Curt Wilde from Velvet Goldmine. I enjoy reading well written stories that focus on my favorite characters. I also enjoy good slash.
