Author has written 29 stories for Transformers/Beast Wars.

I write Transformers, mostly G1, but sometimes other generations.

Current thing running: Other Vengeance 2.0, a Beast Warriors-get-turned-human story ( yeah, yeah. ) I update slowly. Chapter five is in the works, but I write pretty slow. The story currently looks like this:

Chapter One: Immediate Survival ( three parts )
The aliens, fed up with the Beast Warriors shooting up their planet, decide to kill them … but gently. Now the Transformers have been turned human. The Maximals need the Predacons to research a cure, but the Predacons need the Maximals to survive, so the factions call a truce.

Chapter Two: A Question of Identity ( three parts )
Searching for crashed pods, Rattrap and Inferno find a pair of amnesiac Maximals. Back at the Axalon, the Maximals bend their efforts towards practical issues of survival while the Predacons focus on healing.

Chapter Two-point-Five: Morning ( one part )
Quickstrike and Silverbolt are brought to the Axalon and Inferno has a crisis.

Chapter Three: Ill Feelings ( four parts )
Three days after the change. The Predacons' evil plan ... is to be helpful. Megatron retrieves the alien disc and confronts Dinobot about the reasons why he left the Predacons. Meanwhile, Quickstrike and Silverbolt get sick, and one of the alien sites shows activity.

Chapter Four: This Most Bloody Piece Of Work ( four parts )
Seven days after the change. Dinobot finds himself in charge of a murder investigation.

The first nine chapters of the original Other Vengeance are up on my website for curiosity value, but the story was getting away from me so I decided on a relaunch rather than trying to patch the original. Maybe I'll actually be able to finish this one.

No, don't ask when the next chapter will be out. These things take time.

Also, because of frequently asked questions, an FAQ:

Q: Why did you relaunch Other Vengeance?
A: Because the old version was out of control and lacked of direction.

Q: Okay, on to the only thing anyone actually cares about: What's up with the genders?
A: Because Wayward decided to sort genders down beast-mode lines, at least where such could be identified. It makes as much sense to her as going by given pronoun, since Wayward sees Transformers as asexual. If Wayward couldn't tell, she left it with the given pronoun. The list:

Female spiders tend towards round bodies and shorter legs, which both Blackarachnia and Tarantulas' beast-modes had. ( For bonus points, their toys were built like males, with longer abdomens. As well, while Beast Machine's Blackarachnia's toy was female, her beast-mode in the cartoon was male. ) Also, they both have thin pedipalps. ( We will argue that Tarantulas's Transmetal form is male based on pedipalps. TMII Blackarachnia, however, is just flat-out confusing. )

Cheetor's beast-mode was built more like a female cheetah, but it was scanned from a pair. In terms of behaviour, two cheetahs working together are most likely brothers.

Inferno's beast-mode was a worker or soldier ant - drones and young queens both have wings, and queens are built bulkier. Worker and soldier ants are female. ( Antennae shape could be argued - the cartoon version has thin, masculine antennae while the toy's are more clubbed and feminine. )

Tigatron's beast-mode was built more like a male tiger, but he was scanned from Snowstalker, who was referred to as female. We figure he'd know.

Waspinator's beast-mode had a stinger. A wasp's stinger is a modified ovipositor. No, males don't have those. While Waspinator quite resembles a virescent green metallic bee, in which the males have yellow stripes while the females have white, we say that build trumps colour ( especially when one works for a purple tyrannosaurus. )

Q: You swapped genders around just to hook characters up!
A: Like how Airazor and Tigatron are both female now and don't seem to mind? It isn't a hook-up kind of story anyway. ( We are not saying that characters will never date. We are saying that the plot will never become nothing but who's dating who. )

Q: Why do some of the characters have stripes? Humans don't have stripes!
A: There is absolutely no reason for this beyond that Wayward finds it aesthetically appealling. We try to be sensible and logical and realistic overall - let us indulge ourselves in something that doesn't really matter.

Q: What episode is the Predacons' hoversled from?
A: It isn't. It appeared in the original Other Vengeance because Wayward got confused about Blackarachnia's flying contraption made of a stasis pod in The Agenda. The hoversled is the single most borrowed feature of Other Vegeance. Wayward's notes and outlines invariably refer to it as 'the contrivance'.

Loader drones are also totally made up.

Q: What episode is the fabricator from?
A: Bad Spark. Megatron uses some sort of replication or manufacturing tech to create the energon knife he used to carve up Rampage's spark. If the Predacon ship has one, the Axalon most likely does as well.

Q: You appear to subscribe to the 'everyone from the pods had previous lives on Cybertron' theory.
A: Not usually. It just works for this particular story.

Q: So, you're using the BotCon 2006 background.
A: No. We're going with one we made up.

Q: When will Rampage/Transmutate/Ravage/Depthcharge/Tigerhawk appear?
A: When they appear.

Q: You did know that the blank pod the Maximals found in Coming of the Fuzors was actually within sight of the Axalon, didn't you?
A: Our screen is set fairly dark and we didn't realise the Axalon could be seen in the background until it was too late. We are going to declare the pod magically crashed further away and feel embarrassed about it.
