General Bio =

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Eastern Washington University in March 2007 with a BA in Psychology and Humanities and minors in Art and Anthropology. I have no clue what I want to do as a career at present, but sometime in the future I'd love to head up to Vancouver BC and help make TV shows. (keyword = make. I don't want anything to do in front of the camera, but as long as it's behind the scenes I'd love the job lol)

Writing-related =

I started off writing Buffy fanfiction when I was in 8th grade -- sometime during the 2nd season of the show-- and I've continued to write Buffy and Angel stuff ever since. I had always liked the website slayerfanfic.com but it's been discontinued because of copyrighting issues :( When I first started writing I read some of the stuff on that site and it inspired me to become an even better writer.

Lately I've drifted away from Buffy/Angel fanfiction and have spent the last few months working on a Stargate SG1 fanfiction involving a sci-fi take on vampires (just as Stargate would require). The 1st chapter is posted. As usual, I vamp the one character who never wants to hurt anyone, so the SG1 whipping-boy has become my Vampire :evil grin: Please have a look!

Anyway... I hope you enjoy the few stories I've posted. I have a bunch more that are basically scraps (I come up with 2-3 good scenes, but never a good ending), so maybe one day I'll have another completed story to post ;)

Latest Information =

SG1 "Fact and Folklore" update on my progress: I've been a little stumped about what should happen next so in the meantime I've been exploring the possibility of Danny being stuck in NID/Mayborne's custody for a few years rather than Jack successfully rescuing him. If that lets me end up in a better direction, I might dabble with that a bit more. As far as the next step in the current story goes, I'll keep thinking but it might be a little while before I make a solid decision for submission...

5-8-09: I've not really had time to sit down and type, but the recent Wolverine movie and corresponding video game have sparked some inspiration. I have a few days off soon and maybe I'll look at some version of the SG1 story :)
