I am working on the second part of my Avatar: The Last Airbender fanfic of epic proportions featuring Zuko, Iroh, and other characters (as well as one of my own, natch!). I enjoy reading other quality ATLA fanfiction as well as ATLA & TLOK fan art, etc. I am also working on a Young Justice Nightwing x OC fic, as well as a Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess Link x OC fic (I love those OC's)!

To get myself in the MOOD for writing the semi-tragic love story between Zuko and Lan Chi, my OC, I have been listening to "Chasing Cars," by Snow Patrol (for the the characters' emotions), and "Sex on Fire," by Kings of Leon (for their other - er - feelings). And, of course, my new personal fave, "This Head I Hold," by Electric Guest. If you haven't heard it, check out their website and video. You will thank me!

I also enjoy Blackadder, Young Justice, Sherlock (Benedict Cumberbatch's eyes TOTALLY creep me out - in a good way), Red Dwarf, and Justified, as well as Legend of Zelda, especially Twilight Princess.

By the way, a note on my reviews: I am a dedicated reader and reviewer of fanfics. However, I will lay out some of the tenets that I live by as a reader and a reviewer. Firstly, I do not review a fic until I have read it all (or all that is available online). I feel that, to do so is to review something that is incomplete, and the review ends up being irrelevant and erroneous. Secondly, and most importantly, I will never post a negative review. If I find a problem with a fic, whether it be pacing or characterizations or typos or whatever, I will PM the author. I feel that to post a negative review is unkind and unnecessary. No one needs to have their creations, upon which they probably slaved for months, criticized in a PERMANENT, public forum. It does nothing for an author's self-esteem, and negativity and criticism only squelch the creative process, in my opinion. If you want to extend the same courtesy to me, I very much appreciate it. I always welcome constructive criticism (especially via PM), since it frequently helps me to correct a problem in my narrative that I did not know existed.
