Rant on Naruto

Well, I’m fed up with the Naruto fandom. Or more precisely so-called fans. I have seen many arguments why it is very needed to bash certain characters. To all these bashers I say: “Go and get yourself a life. A life that has absolutely nothing to do with your crappy bashing stories. A life were you don’t feel the need to write crappy stories about a powerful Naruto. Especially if you can’t write acceptable stories to save your goddamned lives.” The same applies to most Yaoi Fangirls, but they are considerably less annoying. And this is quite a testament to how annoying bashers have become in my eyes. Normally my reaction to Yaoi stories is along the lines of “Hunt the author down and kill her for scarring my mind.” Now it’s just “Another Yaoi. Troublesome.”

However my rant on bashers. It is heavily insulting to bashers in general, as I don’t think they can understand it otherwise. Most of them seem too retarded to understand higher logic. I won’t drop names. Simply because I think that it is unfair to name 1 and let the crowd get away.

Bashing in general.

Some bashing is acceptable, but most stories I read had way to exuberant and totally out of control bashing.

Now to some bashings.

Sakura bashing: Hm, let me give you something to think. You are in love (more or less) with the class prince or princess. Now he or she doesn’t give a damn about this, but well this you can stomach. Now you have someone who wants your attention. The class idiot. A total and utter moron. No social skills whatsoever, no decency and he or she constantly bugs you. Wouldn’t you too be annoyed? And now consider that this is a Manga we’re speaking about here. Violence is upped two or three degrees. Funny thing is, that most Sakura bashers don’t seem to have anything against the violent tomboy Akane Tendo, the violent tomboys Naru Narusegawa and Motoko Aoyama or Asuna Kagurazaki or Sohryu Asuka Langley. Each of the mentioned girls is at least as brutal as Sakura. And their respective victims are not even 1/10th as idiotic and annoying as Naruto.

Often bashers write Sakura as an individual that can’t see reality. Guess what, they can’t see reality, too. They are way to retarded to understand that you simply don’t fall for the shunned boy (or girl). You reject this person, because you want to fit in. Only few persons actively seek solitude. And trying to befriend a shunned person makes you less accepted in a class. Something a person like Sakura, who was once shunned, would not want to happen to her again. And they are children. Children can’t always understand adult thinking. Befriending Naruto would be (hopefully) an adult thing to do. Help someone out of the solitude you were in once yourself. But even most adults won’t act like this. And children especially not. Face it and give up on your idiotic belief that Sakura must be bashed constantly.

And I really hate how some authors show Sakura as a bitch that is stuck upon Sasukes superiority, while everyone else is bowing down to Naruto, a god that has become flesh and that has proven Sasuke to be a worthless boy.

Konoha beats up Naruto / Konoha-bashing: Can you honestly tell me, that Naruto would try to save a town that constantly attacks him and tries to slaughter him? Can you believe that ANBU, who have sworn loyalty to the Hokage, would try to kill Naruto? (NE don’t count.) If you use some idiots, who are drunk and let them try to attack Naruto, I could understand it. But having a mob with Chunin and Jonin chase Naruto with the intent to torture him to death is quite unbelievable. I think the whole physical abusive Konoha was created to show that Naruto deserves the ultimate power. And to create all these Dark / Evil Naruto stories. To show that he is the best. And because people didn’t think that ignoring a person is maybe even crueler than outright attacking him. Ignoring or mentally torturing a person is more efficient than physical torture. Because mental torture makes you suffer endlessly from uncertainty. You keep asking yourself why they hate you and you receive no answer. Just more annoyed or spiteful glares. For them your existence is void and useless. Not a way you want someone to think about your existence. And one more thing. If the villagers would really try to kill Naruto, then he wouldn’t be the attention seeking idiot he is. There would be no large scale pranks. He would try to stay out of sight. Something he obviously doesn’t. So, give up on your belief that canon Konoha tries to kill Naruto.

A little annotation to Dark Naruto. I have seen many Dark Naruto stories where Naruto wanted to destroy Konoha but fought Orochimaru. Oh, and he stopped Gaara from killing some characters and destroying Konoha. Quite an idiotic thing when Narutos premise is to destroy Konoha. But maybe the authors can’t understand that dictators ally temporary to be able to fight another enemy. And helping Sand / Sound to destroy Konoha would be Naruto following his own goal.

Sarutobi bashing: Yep, saw something like this. The reasoning for doing so was utterly ridiculous. The Hokage didn’t ensure that Naruto lives a happy life with the knowledge who his family was. Hm, can I say, that this is the argument of an idiot who doesn’t understand two things? I don’t know if I can, but I do. The Hokage wanted to keep Naruto safe. Therefore Iwa and Kumo shouldn’t learn about Narutos status as Minatos son. Else they might try to assassinate him. And what do you think, how likely is it, that Naruto survives a Kumo or Iwa Jonins attempt at his life at the age of let’s say three. If you say “Not even when hell freezes over.” you are right. Naruto would simply have no chance at all. The assassin would go in, kill Naruto and leave, maybe taking the head as a trophy. So, this one is ridiculous too. Stop living in a dream world where Naruto prevails. No one prevails against overwhelming odds. Kid Naruto versus Jonin is like sending a child against someone with a complete arsenal of weapons and the right mind to kill the child without hesitation, mercy or problems. Give up on the belief that Naruto should know about his heritage when there is no chance to assign at least 8 guards who work in 4 shifts with 2 persons per shift.

And the second thing is that Naruto, if he knew about his heritage and was protected, would be tutored and he maybe even was a candidate for the “Rookie of the Year” title. He would most likely be worshipped like Sasuke and he would have become a spoiled brat (Like Konohamaru was when he first met Naruto.) that most of the Naruto fans wouldn’t like. They like his idiotic and humble self, had he known he was Yondaimes son, he would most likely be arrogant and most likely he would show traits similar to those of Neji and Sasuke.

Kakashi bashing: Most hate it that Kakashi taught Naruto and Sakura only tree walking and Sasuke learned the Chidori from him. Note that most Kakashi bashers hate that he didn’t teach Sakura, but they bash her because she is useless or deserves nothing else. Pretty hypocritical, aren’t they? Well, I also dislike that Kakashi didn’t really teach his team. But well, you have to consider the team at the beginning of the wave arc.

Sasuke: Has already learned some techniques. Is the strongest in the team. Has average Chakra reserves. Is stoic and doesn’t care about his teammates overly much. Chakra control is a bit under average. Speaking skill-wise he is middle Chunin.

Sakura: Has very small reserves, so she can’t use any higher ranking Ninjutsu or Genjutsu efficiently. Thus she needs larger reserves. Which leads to the easiest way of achieving them. Tree walking. Cares only about Sasuke. Hates Narutos attention on her. Has incredible Chakra control. Speaking skill-wise she is middle Genin

Naruto: Has incredibly large reserves. Has virtually no control over them. Control is learned through tree walking. Has a rivalry with Sasuke, wants to be acknowledged as superior to Sasuke. Is an idiot. A total idiot. You wonder why he wasn’t strangled already to rid the world of a nuisance. Craves for Sakuras attention. Speaking skill-wise he is low Genin. Other than Kage Bunshin and incredible masses of Chakra he has nothing.

Now we jump fast forward to the Chunin exams after the prelims. Sakura was out, Naruto and Sasuke remained. Now let’s look at the adversaries of both boys.

Neji Hyuga fights Naruto. The boy is a though opponent, but with an army of Kage Bunshin Naruto should manage to tire him out to knock him out. More Chakra control would allow Naruto to create even more clones to overwhelm Neji. Therefore Ebisu is an acceptable teacher.

Sabaku no Gaara fights against Sasuke. The boy is an insane psychopath who lives to kill and who slaughters his opponents. Kakashi saw that speed is a possibility to be able to beat him. Therefore Kakashi decided to train Sasuke in speed, so he had a chance to survive. Note: to survive. Neji wouldn’t kill Naruto, or he could at least be stopped. Gaara is a different story.

Then Kakashi taught him Chidori, in hopes that such a technique would make Sasuke reject Orochimarus offer. And I think he taught it to him, so Sasuke had a technique to fend off Orochimaru. At this time Kakashi didn’t know about Akatsuki and that they were after the idiot. So Kakashi decided to teach Sasuke a technique that should ensure the boys survival.

By the way, some people hate him, because he taught Sasuke Lees style of fighting. Guess what, there is no honor among thieves. I have absolutely no problem with a person who steals a fighting technique from someone else to prevail.

So, Kakashi bashing is too only something for retards.

Annotation to this one. Some authors write that Kakashi teaches Sasuke in secret while leaving Sakura and Naruto to themselves. Hooray, praise their insight. They know Kishimotos work better than he himself knows it. Kakashi has to have taught Sasuke many Jutsu, because he hates Naruto and Sakura and cares only about the precious Uchiha. Ridiculous. It’s a shame that so many authors write crap like this and seemingly even believe it. I think, I will write a short story where Kakashi trains Sasuke in secret.

Next up is Sasuke bashing.

There are so many aspects to consider. Well, let’s start from the scratch on.

Sasuke grows up, overshadowed by his genius brother, wanting to be acknowledged like Itachi. Itachi is his role model, he wants to become like him.

His father hardly acknowledges him at all, all of his attention is on Itachi.

Then his brother kills the entire clan. And forces Sasuke to watch it again and again. 72 hours that last for an eternity.

Then Itachi tells Sasuke that only hate will make him strong enough to be able to beat him. That he must kill his best friend to get eyes like the ones Itachi has.

Well, this should sufficiently traumatize about everyone.

Sasuke goes on and lives alone. At the age of eight. And he doesn’t live in a flat, he continues living in the Uchiha compound. Somewhere where he is always reminded of what was destroyed by his idol. Something like this should set about everyone on a path to insanity.

Naruto was alone from the beginning. Sasuke had to witness the slaughter of his entire clan. I personally think that it is harder if you lose everything you took for granted than having nothing to begin with. And being forced to watch all these deaths again and again is quite surely very good for your insanity and your hatred.

Sasuke retreats from social activities, only Naruto he can more or less acknowledge as both share the same burden. Loneliness.

In this time he hardens his resolve to become strong enough to kill Itachi.

Then we have the wave arc. Sasuke is unable to beat Haku. And then Naruto, someone he knew as an incompetent, useless idiot, manages to beat Haku, naturally this is not good for his self-esteem. He feels like falling behind.

In the Forest of Death they encounter Orochimaru. Again it’s Naruto who fights. Naruto attacks and manages to beat the summoned snake. Sasuke had until now just quivered in fear and tried to get away.

Orochimaru beats both Genin without a problem. And then he gives Sasuke a Juin that feeds of his negative feelings, amplifies them and the seal twists his thoughts in the direction that he thinks he needs Orochimarus help.

The next blow to his self-esteem comes when Naruto beats Shukaku / Gaara. He had only been able to wound the boy. Naruto summons the toad boss Gamabunta. Naruto beats the freed demon. (Something that shouldn’t have happened. I would have liked it, if Shukaku had killed the blonde nuisance. Narutos victory was clearly idiots luck. And I hate idiots luck.)

In the Tsunade retrieval arc Itachi comes back and beats Sasuke without the slightest problem. And why was Sasuke out there? Because Naruto was in danger and to top this it was his brother who was after Naruto. He wants to save Naruto from Itachi. After his victory over Sasuke, Itachi tortures him again mentally, stating that Sasuke still did not have enough hate for him.

Itachis mental torture weakened Sasukes will further. And what did Kakashi say about the seal he used to seal away the Juin? It works with Sasukes will to hold said Juin at bay. And said will is broken away. He begins to consider Orochimarus gift. He has already used it and felt the power boost it gives you.

Later he learns that Naruto has learned a move that is even more destructive than the Chidori, the Rasengan. He reaches a new low in his self-esteem concerning his progress.

A while later the Sound 4 come to him and offer to take him to Orochimaru. Promising him the power of the Snake Sannin. Power enough to beat Itachi. They demonstrate the power of the Juin to him. And this cements it. He decides that his revenge comes before everything else. He is a true avenger. For his revenge he does whatever he has to do. Whatever the price is, he pays it.

After the timeskip, Naruto returns and it looks like he hasn’t improved at all. Sakura has gotten stronger and Sasuke has improved considerably. Now let’s look at the teachers.

Sakura – Tsunade. Tsunade is shown as a slave driver, her teaching is mostly explaining a technique to Sakura and then watch her doing it. It focuses also on book knowledge, something Sakura has a knack for. And Sakura is determined to learn anything she can. Tsunade has her job as Hokage to fulfill and she also likes to drink one or two (or nine or ten) bottles of Sake. At the end of the time-skip she is High Chunin in skill.

Naruto – Jiraiya. Jiraiya shows a technique to Naruto and then leaves him to work on it. He doesn’t supervise him overly much. As far as my knowledge goes, he didn’t tell Naruto the secret of Kage Bunshin. The knowledge transfer. And you have to consider that Naruto is an idiot with a short attention span when it comes to explanations. And he is easily distracted when he is around people. So he is too determined to become stronger, but his progress is hindered by his own idiocy. And it is quite likely that Jiraiya got distracted by brothels or peeping very often. His skill is around middle Chunin.

Sasuke – Orochimaru. Well, I haven’t seen anything on Orochimarus training methods, but I’m quite sure that he is a slave driver from hell, that he demands perfection and that he devoted much time to tutoring Sasuke. And if he was not available, Kabuto is surely not a bad substitute teacher. He too is strong and not easily distracted by other things. And regarding Orochimaru. Sasuke is his project dream vessel. He will naturally invest much time into said project. And Sasuke wants to learn everything he can, so he can become strong enough to kill Itachi. He has Jonin skills. (No one seems to dislike that Neji is a Jonin at the end of the Timeskip)

Now that I’m done with the teacher – student relations, something else. People hate that Sasuke killed Orochimaru, Deidara and Itachi. (And they most likely hate that he defeated Killer Bee.)

Let’s start with Orochimaru. When Orochimaru tried to take over Sasukes body he was weakened considerably. Therefore Sasuke managed to defeat him.

Deidara is up next. The man had no arms left. And he is a psycho. His earth based explosive attacks didn’t work against Sasukes lightning based defense. And if you recall the wheel of strength correctly, you will see that lightning beats earth. In the end Deidara made a suicide attack. Sasuke managed to escape it by controlling Manda. Manda dies and Sasuke looses the Snake summoning contract.

Itachi is the next. Well, I haven’t seen the whole fight yet. But I think that Itachi lost on purpose. If I’m wrong, I will correct it once I have all proper details. He might have been able to beat Sasuke, but as far as I know he didn’t want to.

Well, considering these facts Sasuke bashing becomes hypocritical. His life was even more fucked up than Narutos. Because Naruto wasn’t tortured by his idol and told that he is still insignificant. That he is not worth killing. Naruto didn’t have to witness the murder of his entire family. Persons he loved and who loved him.

So, Sasuke bashers can go and cut themselves because Sasuke is stronger than they like. It is Kishimotos story and he can do whatever the hell he pleases with it. And if he wants Naruto to die by Sasukes hands, proving that an idiot ultimately fails, then it’s his good right to do so. There isn’t always a happy ending for idiots.

Sharingan bashing: Was invented to have more ways to bash Sasuke. Well, where to start? One point is: the Sharingan is a shortcut to power. Wrong. It allows you to copy Anything you see. But it only allows to copy “what” you see. This is important. You don’t have the reserves to pull off the copied Ninjutsu immediately. Or the physical stamina to pull off the copied Taijutsu move. No. You have to train to be able to use the copied technique. And you don’t learn the weaknesses of the copied technique.

Next point. The Sharingan is overpowered. Guess what. You are wrong. The Sharingan is powerful, very powerful, but the Rin’negan is even more powerful. Or how would you call an ability that makes you almost unbeatable for every enemy. Pein killed Jiraiya. And Jiraiya had summoned many battle toads to his aid, he fought in full sage mode. Still he only managed to take out 3 of 6 bodies of Pein. I think that in an all out fight Pein would beat Madara and his eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. The most skilled Hyuuga might be able to beat Pain. Impenetrable defense and 360 degree vision. A touch can kill. And Madara kills the most skilled Hyuuga. So, I don’t think that having the Sharingan makes you unbeatable. The Rin’negan seems more like the incredibly overpowered Doujutsu.

Sharingan bashing is also for idiots. And it’s saddening to see that even otherwise good authors can’t see this and follow the same path. It kills their otherwise acceptable stories.

It is also fun to watch how many authors, especially the not so talented ones, try to create Kekkei Genkai solely for the reason to beat the Sharingan. They create bloodlines that make any bloodline useless. Funny, such a bloodline would have to shut down itself. Because its purpose is to shut down any bloodline.

Oh and Uchiha bashing: Authors that hate Sasuke or the Sharingan go as far as to bash the entire clan. For being either related to Sasuke or having the Sharingan. They even make the Sharingan out to be something evil, they state that any other bloodline was created by the gods but the Sharingan was created by demons and must therefore be destroyed. Guess what. FUCK YOU!

All these forms of bashing prove that a large bunch of Naruto fans belongs to a group worshipping an idiot. I really liked Naruto Fanfiction once, but now I’m beginning to hate Naruto. Maybe I will write stories where Sasuke kills Naruto. Just to spite all these retards.

I will with time add more to this rant, more cynical thoughts about Naruto and Bashing. Because it has to be said.

Currently I'm writing my fics in German but I will translate some of them. Others will be written in English. I'm writing Fanfiction for joy. My humor is black and I like Horror.

Some random personal facts about me: I don't care about people. I'm quite evil. I think children are annoying. I mostly wear camouflage or black clothes. I tend to tell people, asking me something on the street, to leave me alone. I don't like being stopped for whatever the reason is.I ignore people, trying to stop me or I tell them to shut up rudely. I'm not friendly.

I do not consider Love as something one must have. I hardly understand emotions. I dislike animals, except cats and snakes. I prefer to stay alone. I can be a bit manic.

I was one of the kids getting ridiculed in school. But this didn't last long. I did not show them any emotion save for hate, despise and malevolence. So they went from ridiculing me to fearing me. Weak minded fools.

I think that some of the current politicians should be executed. I despise religious people, who want to hinder science. I despise censoring of knowledge, books, films, music and shows. I despise extremism, religious and political. I think that religion is a hindrance in the scientific growth of mankind. I think that whoever agrees to the radical christians from the Bible Belt of the USA, who think that abstinence is the only proper prevention is dumb. I think it should be forbidden to censor knowledge because it is not conform with your religion.

I believe that there is no love, justice or mercy. There is only death. I'm convinced that mankind will manage it to extinct itself. I'm convinced that hatred can make you as strong as the will to protect. Absolute hatred, the will to sacrifice everything for your goal makes you powerful. Because you would destroy the world to win. I think that the so-called Battle between good and evil can only end in a draw. Because when one side of the equation is not there the other can't be compared. It is the same with darkness and light. Without knowing darkness you can't explain light and the other way round. I think that humans need evil to see good.

I like playing card games. Especially Poker and Skat. I have some good friends. One of my friends told me once that with my luck in card games I must have sacrificed all my love for the next few lives. Bad luck in game - good luck in love. I turned this around. Good luck in game - bad luck in love.

I don't miss love because I never loved anyone. I had some crushes, yes, but it took me three days maximum to get rid of these.

I recently saw much copy and paste stuff. I made one up myself.

95 percent of Teenagers are concerned with popular and not fitting in. 4,999 percent want to convey that they are not concerned with this. If you belong to the 0,001 percent that grin malevolently when reading the aforementioned stat, then grin now and don't copy it! First Text: A little girl named Sarah. So, she dies of child abuse. Poor, poor girl. Guess what, thousands of children die from bombs, mines, gunshots, disease and hunger per day. No one cares about them, because they live where you don't see it. And therefore I see no need to feel for one victim when thousands more are out there and no one talks about them. And their really crappy life. Want an example? Here is one: In an african civil war a nine years old boy was forced to rape his own mother for the amusement of some fighters. Then they dragged him off to force him to become one of their bunch. Wouldn't you agree that this is a real tragedy? No one seems to talk about this, after all, Africa is far away.

Next Text: Child Abortion. I'm for child abortion. You have no right to force a woman to bear a child she doesn't want.

Next Texts: Some junk dealing with the belief that God watches over you. I cite Friedrich Nietzsche: Gott ist tot! (God is dead!) I am convinced that there is no benevolent, transcendent entity above us. God was made up by mankinds need for guidance. God doesn't exist!

Next Text: Boy and Girl on Bike at 100 km/h. This is the most ridiculous one. Dieing for someone you love? What a joke! I would never sacrifice my life for that of someone else.

Next Text: About drinking and driving. Well, what to say here. No, I don't have a car. Yes, I did already drive drunk. It was fun. A downhill road at night, where I gained a nice acceleration, I had no lights on my bike, I wore no helmet and had about a bottle of good Vodka with about 50 alcohol in my stomach. And I arrived home safely. And I drove over some major roads. And I would do it again. By the way, I always laugh about those that died because they drunk and drove. Honorary Darwin Awards for you idiots.

Next Text: The School massacre text. Plain ridiculous in my opinion. Some poor girl lost her chances at life. Guess what, no one really cares. After the next massacre the victims are forgotten. Only the killer remains. The victims are remembered as numbers at most. I don't care if anyone died in a school massacre. Wrong place, wrong time. Some people luck out, some not. Life isn't fair. Don't care about those who died, if you want to do something then work against the status quo that breeds massacres.

Idea corner

I think of writing a crossover between either Batman or Teen Titans with Naruto. Gaara is sent to either Jump City or Gotham City. He is sent there before Naruto has a chance to change his view of life. Gaara would be around 15 years old. Written for my fun it will contain massive bloodshed.

Another Idea is a crossover between Naruto and X-Men. The universe is undecided. (After all, there are many X-Men universes) Gaara and Yugito Nii are going there. Gaara has reached the conclusion, that he must kill everyone strong enough to be a threat to him. Gaara is the insane Killer we all love. Yugito Nii is his primary target in this world. Also massive bloodshed.

Third idea is the idea of a crossover between Naruto and Harry Potter. Dumbledore sends a letter to the Hokage asking for protection for his students. But the Raikage gets his hands on the letter and sends Yugito Nii. The Kazekage is able to intercept the letter of the Raikage and add a letter of his own stating that he too will send someone. Yugito, Gaara, Kankuro, Temari and Baki go to Hogwarts. Pairings: Gaara has himself or Gaara x Bellatrix Lestrange, Kankuro x Susan Bones and/or Lavender Brown, maybe Temari x Harry Potter or Yugito x Harry Potter or Harry x Temari x Yugito, hints of Baki x Professor Sinistra. Some studenty will not survive.

Fourth Idea. A while before Kyuubi attacked Konoha, the Biju had a gambling night. And Kyuubis luck was worse than Tsunades. Now the ex-Kyuubi is an Ichibi no Kitsune. How will Naruto fight Gaara, who happens to hold the Kyuubi no Shukaku. Can he win against someone, whose power is too great for him, will his determination and will prevail or will he be crushed? Will he have to open his eyes and see that willpower counts nothing?

Fifth idea. A different kid of Puppeteer Naruto. A heavy AU. Naruto gets his hands on Allied and GDI technology at a young age. Mentored by Tsunade and Jiraiya he will learn to use these Units to protect those he cares about. But in Suna another young boy got his hands on technology, too. Yuri, Soviet and NOD technology fell into Kankuros hands. Mentored by Orochimaru and together with his insane Jinchuuriki siblings (Yes, Temari is a Jinchuuriki here, Hachibi or Gobi, I can't decide which to use) he wants to bring war to the world. Obviously a Strong, Good Naruto, Insane, Evil, Powerful Sandsibs.
