Greetings and Salutations to all.

I am 30 summat, living in the UK. I am an avid reader and a HP fan, naturally. I have two kids, (three if you count my husband) Sadly, I no longer have any dogs, :( Nemesis had to be rehomed when I broke my wrist as she wasn't getting the exercise she needed. She has gone to a good home and I still see her from time to time. Emma recently passed away from a stroke at the grand old age of 13. I still have the two rabbits (Toffee and Darcie.). I like all thing Horror, Gothic and Mythical and I loath chick flicks and bad story lines with a passion. Where Fan-fiction is concerned, I am pretty broad minded where ships are concerned. I like a bit of variety so long as it isn't over done or too cheesey. Following this mass of useless drivel is some inconsequential information that you may or may not like to know about.

Favourite authors include: J K Rowling (of course), Jeffery Deaver, Boris Starling, Richard Laymon, Karen Rose, Graham Masterton, Dean Koontz, Dan Brown, James Rollins and Thomas Harris to name but a few.

Favourite films include: Harry Potter 1 – 5, I Am Legend, Sweeney Todd (don't you just love Johnny Depp -sigh-) Pirates of the Caribbean 1 - 3, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Aliens Quadrilogy (But I have to say, Alien Resurrection was a bit dull), AVP, AVP Requiem, American Pie 1 – 6 etc.

Favourite Music includes: Anything by Guns ‘N’ Roses, Offspring, Greenday, Def Leppard, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Skid Row, Alice Cooper, Queen, Nickelback etc. OK so I like Rock music lol.

Well, that’s enough about me, you can all stop yawning from the sheer boredom. :D

Tuesday 15th September 2009: Status of stories,

"ON THE OTHER SIDE" IS NOW COMPLETE

"Learn the Hard Way" which is the follow on to "Harry fights Back" is nearly fully drafted. I am in the process of edited and redrafting it so watch this space.

"I Work Alone" is still getting an overhaul. Things have slowed down mainly due to personal issues. I am working on the next chapter and hope to have it up soon.

A big thank you to everyone that has read my stories.

On the Other Side is my first ever attempt at fanfiction.

I Work Alone! is my attempt at a post Hogwarts, not DH compliant HONKS story. So far things have worked. There are a few creases that need ironing out but they'll get sorted (eventually).

I Won't Give Up, The Long Road North and Confrontations is an as yet unfinished series of oneshots dedicated to everyones favourite animagus Sirius Black. It will get finished!

"Harry Fights Back" Sorry, I just couldn't resist this one. I was so sick of reading good fics, seeing Harry build up a good head of steam, then what, he apologises? So I decided to write this to show what happens when he lets loose. I must say I am proud of the way it turned out. (Blows own trumpet loudly) I am unsure whether or not to continue or not as the Independent!Harry fics are all around us and the risk of duplication is high. Watch this space though as I might come up with something. -Runs after muse waving a stick-

"The Ability to Feel" Well, with this one, the plot bunny ripped my arm off and kept hitting me over the head with the soggy end until it was completed. I literally couldn't focus on any other fic until it was done. As to why, well, lets just say its a subject I know a lot about and leave it at that. Please read the author's note at the start before reading as I don't wish to offend or upset anyone.

I know I haven't updated for a long time, but trust me (don't ya just hate it when someone says that?) when I say that I have not abandoned them in anyway. They will all get completed one way or another, but I will not rush them. I will finish them to the same standard in which they started.
