Hello, everyone. If you haven't noticed yet, I'm Zakuro Rose. I'm a girl with a hint of tomboyish-ness who is a bit eccentric. I hope you enjoy my stories. I also post some of my stories on my homepage, and there will be artwork linked to it, too. I usually write about the two main characters from a light novel I am making that I hope will be published and turned into an anime someday. Please do not steal or copy any of my stories, characters, or plot ideas without my permission. As I tell my friends, I'm too kind. If you ask I usually say yes.

I do take requests, but please remember they are only requests. If your requests is accepted, I will notify you. However, your request might take along time to finish since I am a procrastinator, lazy, and have to be in a writing mood. Also, your request is more likely to be accepted if it is about a anime, manga or game I know of (refer to an anime/manga/game under the Author's Notes section), and I do not write about love stories very well. I do not write about yaoi or yuri and things like that. Private message me if you have a request.

Near the bottom of my homepage is the latest news about my stories. Below this introduction are author's notes about most of my stories. Yes, they will be helpful if you read any of my stories. In the meantime, enjoy your stay!

Author's Notes:

I usually write about my two main characters from a (hopefully) series I am working on. The two main characters are Rose and Hiei (from Yu Yu Hakusho). No, this is not meant to be a pairing. Though they are (unnaturally) close, they have absolutely no romantic feelings for each other (it has something to do with the whole series I am working on).

Things will be changed in order to fit the criteria for my stories.

Most of my stories that I will post will be short stories (more specifically excerpts) from my light novel.

There will be author's notes for each story at the bottom. They usually include short bios of each character, background of the story, details to clear things up, general notes, and more.

I really do appreciate constructive criticism. However, not to be rude, but if you flame me I will laugh and show it to everyone I know. (I usually post it on my homepage.)

Please do not hate my stories just because of people I write about (for example, Rose and Hiei). I do realize that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but, come on, is that any reason to hate someone's story all together? I may not agree about people you write about (such as a HieixRaven) but I might still like your story for plot development, storyline, etc.

I do love satire. I will use it as my "jokes" and stuff. I'm not good with jokes...

I try to keep a character, well, in character as much as possible. I go as far as making sound clips of their speech and listen to it over and over again to get their speech pattern, and watch episodes with them over and over to get their actions, reactions, emotions, facial expressions, etc.

I write war stories the best, and my worst would be love. I also can not write on demand with a set criteria.

I am a very realistic writer, and I can get very technical at times. For example, I will write in vernacular language (which includes slang and accents), and if something happens it most be possible (at least in they're universe, which is pretty close to ours).

Not all of my stories will have a happy ending. Some might even just be sort of a cliffhanger.

What I write about greatly depends on the mood I am in.

Most of my stories are rated Teen for language and violence

What I write about is not necessarily my beliefs. For example, tow of my major characters are athiest (because they were never very religious in the first place), though I am not.

I try to be detailed, and try capture some small moments in everyday life.

I am not a very symbolic writer. Unless it is obvious, most things that you think is symbolism probably isn't. However, I do give subtle clues in my stories. However, they usually won't be explained in the story.

I am not multilingual so I can't translate barely anything. I try to be as accurate as possible. The whole document will be in English since I will not be typing it in an online translator since they are rough translation and sometimes inaccurate. Instead I will say whether they are speaking in a language other than English in the author's notes saying where and how long and what language it is in. (If that was confusing, in the document, for example, will be saying in English: "Do you have a cookie? I'm ate all of mine." In the author's notes, it will say something like: paragraph blank through paragraph blank, starting with line blank through line blank: "Do...mine." is in the blank language.)

I usually write in third-person omniscient
