Hi there! I'm Mudstripe but you can just call me Pica (it's sorta my nickname). My pen name is Mudstripe because I was a huge Warriors fan, but I stopped a few years ago. The name just stuck from there. I'm a girl, about 5' 9" . I was born in the Philippines, but I am also one-fourth Spanish. Dark (almost black) brown hair, brown eyes, etc. My hobbies are reading (mostly fanfics and fantasy stories), writing (again, fanfics), and drawing (of course, manga-style)(I do have a deviantart account but I really don't like my drawings so I decided not to post anything until I'm absolutely in love with it). I have some weird interest with kidnappings, Mary Sues, love triangles (two guys and one girl), and extremely popular female characters. I guess I'm just a really conceited person. XP And for some reason, the first girl that is introduced in an anime or manga always ends up being my favorite female character. I have no idea why. Oh yeah, and my favorite anime guys end up being the cool, calm (most of the time if not always), HAWT, and/or mysterious types.

If you're one of my (now very few) veteran readers, then you should know that I'm currently on a very long hiatus. When was the last time I updated? Several months ago? Anyway, I'm back on fanfiction after the longest time. I'm still having issues with school, Spanish, choir, clubs, etc. so I don't have very much time to write. I already started my next couple of chapters and my new Vampire Knight story. Hopefully, I won't forget and those will be up sooner or later.

Really random update: My high school entrance exam is coming up, and I also got writer's block from my brother who says that all my ideas for stories are crap, so DtKHC is going to take a little while longer. I'm sorry! TT_TT

Books: The Giver, the Percy Jackson Series, the Twilight Series, Unwind, the Moon Riders series, Nobody's Princess, The Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons, the Tantalize series, the Cirque Du Freak series, and other fantasy/sci fi/supernatural/anything-else-I'm-interested-in books. I know, I'm like books that are for kids younger than me. Sue me.

Anime: Inuyasha, Naruto (only for the fanfictions), One Piece (ACE IS HAWT!), Code Geass, Full Metal Alchemist (Just the anime, I loved the music), Soul Eater, Bleach, and Vampire Knight (Not only because of the hawt guys and awesome love triangles, but also because of the great story and originality). Oh and Yu-Gi-Oh just because Mokuba got kidnapped seven times throughout the entire anime and it was both interesting and funny as hell!

Games: Kingdom Hearts, Tales of Symphonia, the Final Fanatsy series, Super Smash Brothers Brawl (I main Falco btw...), and probably all the Sonic and Bomberman games. OOO And Kirby!

Music Artist (A.K.A. A singer or band): Linkin Park, Nickleback, Cascada, Kelly Clarkson, and, I know this is really old, but most of the awesome singers from the 70's to very early Y2K. I hate all of the modern performers who don't even sing.

Summary: (Note: I took a lot of the information for the Percy Jackson and the Olympian Gods series, so for those of you who read it some parts might be very familiar) Do you believe in God? How about gods, more specifically the Greek Gods who ruled Greece in the times before Christ. All men bowed and worshiped them so, that the Roman empire later adopted them and claimed them as their own. Yuuki Cross is a normal girl struggling through her classes, also trying to make sense of her affections for her two classmates, Zero Kiryuu and Kaname Kuran. Little did she know that these mythical idols and stone statues would have such a dramatic effect in her life. Now meet Yuuki, middle-school student, daughter of Demeter, and a student of the mysterious Cross Academy for Demigods.

(This story is actually already in the planning stage. The prologue is already up, the first chapter is half done, and everyone's background stories are in my head already. Hopefully, the next chapter will be uploaded before Thanksgiving. Just something to look forward to for you VK fans.)
