I'm an American, but I can't see myself living here for the rest of my life. I love traveling and I want to be an anthropologist so I'm hoping to get to see the world. After all, there's so much more out there.

I'm a college junior! But with my major I have the sneaking supicion that I'm gonna be here forever.

I don't watch all that much tv, but I do watch Doctor Who (the new series), Bones, Torchwood, and Supernatural, and I'll watch House if it happens to be on. I'm also a big fan of the 60's TV show Thunderbirds. Brains rocks!

Pretty much anyone who knows me can tell you I'm a book worm. I always have a book somewhere on my person. Currently I'm reading Anne Rice's Memnoch the Devil, Herbie Brennen's Ruler of the Realm, and Jane Lindskold's Wolf's Head Wolf's Heart, among others. I'm well aware I'm crazy. I need a life.

Books: Waaaaaay too many to list. Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles, Herbie Brenan's Faerie Wars Chronicles, Jane Lindskold's Firekeeper saga, Eion Colifer's Artimis Fowl series, James Patterson's Maximum Ride series, and Ray Bradbury's Something Wicked This Way Comes to name a few.

My favourite musical is Rent because there's something undeniably human about it. Also I like its message of love being the most important thing a person can have in their life.

My favourite comic book artist is Jhonen Vasquez. I like JtHM, Invader Zim, and the little bit of SQUEE I've had the chance to read. I'm hoping to be able to finish reading his comics sometime soon. They're extremely interesting as a social commentary.

And my favourite film is The Crow.

I'm a big shounen-ai/yaoi fangirl, if you didn't notice. I also have no problem with shoujo-ai/yuri.
That said, I have no problem with writing boyxboy pairings. In fact, most of my stories have at least one such pairing.

A/N:

1. Faded- I've already started on that. I pulled the whole thing down ahead of time because it was such a mess. But that one's started
2. Bell the Cat- This one's already started. It's a work in progress, so I want to get that done before I move on. Mostly I'm just fixing Ed's characterization because I didn't like the way I portrayed him. So actual editing should be minimal.
3. Taming the Tiger- This one's also already started, though I only have one of the edited chapters up. I'm doing this one next because it's a work in progress, but I don't want to move forward with it until it's edited. But, people have already been waiting around for 43 chapters to see how it's going to end, so the torches and pitchforks are actually long overdue. The title will be changed as well. When I start putting up edited chapters, I'm going to change the title to either The Tiger or just Tiger.
4. Memories - I chose this one to do next for two reasons. First, it's the sequel to Faded, so I want the new version finished by the time I finish Faded. Second, it's over two years old, so the writing is absolutely horrendous. Actually, this was my the first fanfic I ever finished. The first I ever wrote was Truth, which actually started out as an L/Raito story and morphed into what's on the site. But that one's discontinued and has only been spared deletion by virtue of being my first fic.
5. Ghost Love Score - This one is terrible. I absolutely detest it. Actually, I kinda wish I hadn't written it in the first place. But people got upset when I said I was going to delete it, so I'm leaving it, but it's being edited so that I can bear to look at it.
6. Wishing for the Sunset - Because it's awful and has a sequel. It needs serious work before I can get Pheonix off the ground.
7. Blood on the Snow - Because for some reason people like this story, so I want to change a few things and make the writing presentable.

If I finish with those, then I might work on the ones that have been discontinued. Some of them people really like and so I might finish them. Others are because I want to finish them. All of the discontinued ones I'm rewriting will be with the intent of finishing them:

1. Godless- This is part of an evolution that has been going on since I started writing fanfics. It goes Truth, Moonlight and Raindrops, Godless, Anomaly, then the Wammy's Boys trilogy followed by the Wammy's Boys quintet plus the piece currently titled Fallen. But this is my favourite of the earlier ones. It has a certain fire to it that the ones before it lacked. But the writing and presentation aren't as mature as they could be. My writing's improved since then. But I want to finish it. Plus people like this fic.
2. Hand of Sorrow- This is my only Naruto fanfic. I actually am not a fan of the series, just the characters. But I like the idea of this fic. It's really the only fantasy fic I have, and when I write original fiction I write primarily fantasy. So I'd like to finish it. However, it's old and the writing is crap, so it's being redone.
3. Truth- I want to finish this. This is my first ever fic, which I began posting the same day as Memories. It's not really good, seeing as how it's over two years old, but I want to finish it just because it was the first one I started. Plus it's the first in the Wammy's progression. I want to finish all of those.
4. Moonlight and Raindrops- This one kinda wandered off track and died. I want to resurrect it. Besides, it's my only fluff fic.

And the Wammy's Boys quintet gets it's own section. That's because I'm doing some odd things with that. I wanted it as close to cannon as possible, so editing is being done:

1. Inequity- I scrapped this one and am in the process of rewriting it. I wanted it to be closer to cannon and was presented with new information. I'll have to get to where the Letters come in before I start posting B's, though I've already started it.
2. Title to come- This is B's. I don't have a title for it yet, but it will be the second. When I get to the point where the 4th generation comes in, I'll start reposting Anomaly.
3. Anomaly- This is Near's. It was the first of this set that I started. I'm keeping the basic premise, but I'm making some alterations. I want it to fit better with the others.
4. Lost- This one's Matt's. It was the third to be introduced I will be doing pretty much a complete overhaul of this one. A recent conversation with JahLoveAngel really got me thinking about him and there are some things I want to change.
5. Forsaken - This is Mello's and will take the place of Fallen. Fallen simply isn't at all believable. And I want these stories to be believable. So I'm replacing it with this. I already have it started and it's shaping up to be quiet interesting.

6. Fallen- Last one, though it was the second introduced. And it's Mello's. I'm scrapping this one and starting over. Now I will be keeping this story on the site, but it won't be connected to the quintet. I'm not sure if I'll change the title of the story I have up now and label the new one as Fallen, or if I'll keep this one as Fallen and label the new one as something else. I'm not sure what the new one would be called yet, either. But the reason I'm scrapping this. It isn't believable. At all. It is interesting, which is why I'm keeping it, but I want the stories in the quintet to at least be believable.

So there you have it. The overhaul of my portfolio on this site. All of this will probably take me quite some time, so please bear with me. Besides, it should at least be interesting to watch. Onward!
