Author has written 5 stories for Sound of Music, and X-Files. A Question of Identity I'm not super keen on my pen name, but it's too late to change—issues of brand recognition, I guess. "TrapperII" is the result of haste and impatience. I had to come up with something quickly when I posted my first chapter. "Trapper" was taken, as were "Trapper1" and "Trapper2." At that point I got frustrated and went the Roman numeral route. Et voila ... Fic Interests I've written TSOM fics, and I currently enjoy reading House M.D. fics (I'm a diehard House/Cameron shipper). In past lives—way past—I did some Jane Austen and X-Files writing. I've started to post some of my X-Files fic here, because the site these stories were originally posted on (almost a decade ago) no longer exists. It's Like Giving Birth It takes me forever to write a chapter/story. For me, writing is more a relentless editing process than a flowing creation process. Maybe that's the real reason I only seem to do vignettes. Hopes and Dreams (imagine a rainbow or blossoming flower here) My goal is to write something with a plot, but plot is not my forte. My strengths are character and atmosphere. So maybe a fic with plot will never happen for me, but I want to believe that the plot is out there. | |||||||
