Author has written 19 stories for Star Wars, Harry Potter, and X-Files. What does Beshter mean? Beshter is the Persian name for the Archangel Michael, "who is like El (God)". Not that I'm particularly God-like, but don't you ever get that feeling when writing a good story? Red hair and nasty temper aside, I think that is about all the similarity Michael and I have, but I'm rather fond of the fellow and hope to include him in a future, original story of mine sometime soon. But in the meantime I write my fanfic. Much of it as you see is X-files, but some of it is other other fandoms I happen to enjoy, including Harry Potter and Star Wars. Personally I am Historian by education, (who is playing with the grad school idea since the recent economic troubles have nixed the job), and have this mad obsession with fitting the pieces of what and why together. My love in fanfiction centers on that need to dig beneath the story we know, to see what is going on under the surface, and to play with the obvious to go deeper. I am what my friends call a 'canon whore', so don't expect me to play to far afield. But I do like to play...mostly in the heads of the characters I love. | |||||||
