Of course, it's a little hard to have an icon when you're an OC. Luckily, Lizzie looks remarkably like Emmy Rossum, so with the help of the wonderful Selene Antilles, I found this icon on livejournal. It was made by bellasinfonia. So, I hope to become a novelist when I grow up and get out of college and that's why I needed to find out what people thought of my stuff, to see what I'm doing wrong, what I can improve on, so on and so forth. It's from a fanfic, Not So Normal by midgetmania, it's Iron Man. I really hope that she doesn't mind me putting this quote on my profile, but I love it and it really describes me even if I'm not 17. Evey Hammond I just want to say something and I hope that I don't get tons of hate mail because of this, but if I do, I do. This is how I feel, so please at least respect my opinion. In my stories, you're never going to get smut, nothing, the closest or steamiest that you will get will be a make-out scene. I am against smut in stories because I think that it cheapens the story and is completely unnecessary. You don't need to rely on that to get people to read, rely on your skills as a writer and don't degrade yourself by having that sort of thing in a story. Anyway, I'm done now, so, please just think about what I said and don't hate me too much. I still think you're all great! Yesterday, on June 29th, 2008, we lost a great man and actor. Don S. Davis, the great General Hammond of Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis passed away of a heart attack. He was 65 years old. I don't know how many of you are going to read this, or how many of you even know who I am talking about, but I would just ask you to take a moment in remembrance of this great man.
