2/16/09; Well, it has been extremely long since i've been on here. Just wanted to let any stalkers out there know that i've been taking some time focusing on my non-fanfiction writing. Some things have been going good, other not so grand. More fanfiction will come with the muses, so don't wait too anxiously. TC is still on the back burner. Hopefully sometime i will finish the re-write; i do like the essential outline. But re-working it seems like an awful lot of, well, work. So we shall see. Thank for caring, if you're out there. -Brazen.

4/1/08; Happy April fools day everyone! I'm just writing to let you know that i am completely trashing and deleting TC. Hope you don't mind!

What I’m really here to say is that I’m planning on completely gutting TC, slightly reworking some of the chapters and re-posting it. I can't say how long it will take. As of now I’m only on the gutting phase. But i will not give up. Will not! If you are even reading this, anyone, i admire your determination. I'm sorry if I’m letting you down. 9/24/07; Well, I’ve been wondering and wondering about TC. I've really been having trouble getting it going anywhere, just slipping from one idea to the next. And I recently re-read the first chapter and realized it's pretty bad. That always tends to happen when I re-read my stuff after a couple months, it just...looses whatever luster I thought it had. But in the case of the first chapter of TC, I think it's just plan bad writing. As of now, The Cloak is officially on hold, so I have the freedom to think of new ideas for it and other stories without being pressured to get another chapter up. I am very sorry if I’ve disappointed anyone, hopefully it won't be on hold for a very long time, but in the case of amateur writing sometimes this is just the way it goes.-Brazen

9/5/07; Sorry everyone, things have just...flown away. I'm trying to keep up but...i keep sliping behind. I hope to update TC soon, but once again i'm having trouble with the next chapter. 8/14/07; Yay, new chapter! Boo, evil uploader! Well, at least you guys can read what i came up with. Like i said, this chapter is by far my favorite. I had a lot of fun writing it. I think it's pretty funny, and i find myself giggling upon re-reading. I hope you guys like it as much. I know i will have some questions about the whole choice to have (SPOILER!) Lily kissing Remus. But i've all ways thought that, were Remus not a werewolf and would James not have exsisted, Lily and Remus might have ended up together. But i don't really ship it. And I wouldn't have put it in the chapter at all of my own accord, but the plot bunny muses made me. They seem to know where this story is going, and as i have almost no idea, i think it's best to listen to them. Never fear, the summary says 'JPLE'. We'll get there. Eventually. I hope.
