It has come to my attention that I haven't put up a profile yet, so, here goes!
Home: Western Washington State, in the boondocks.
Pets: Err...Too many to count? lets see... 3 horses, 1 pony, 11 chickens, 3 ducks, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 alpacas, 8 goats, 3 rabbits, and I think that's it! Phew.
Age: Sweet 16...
Writer status: Courtship is my first fic ever, although I've done some RPing in the past, and I'm sorta RPing now...
Obsessions: SG-1! I also like SGA, but SG-1 is a priority on my list of things to obsess about. I'm also a big Star Wars fan. (Anyone who knows me well, will know that I've read over 70 Star Wars books!! Oops. Now you know too.) My BFF Justine is to blame for my SG-1 obsession. She has both seasons of SGA and all of the seasons of SG-1 currently out on DVD-all nine seasons- and had convinced me and my sister to watch the first season of SGA. Well, we both liked it very much, and were hooked on it. Then, Justine kept telling me that I HAD to watch SG-1! That it was awesome, and better than SGA. So I reluctantly carted home her copy of the first season of SG-1 and from the very first episode, I was hooked. I'll admit, by the time I got to Fire and Water, I was very attached to all the characters, and cried like a baby over Daniel's memorial service. When I got to Meridian and had to watch Daniel die slowly from radiation poisoning, I cried until I thought I didn't have any tears left at that particular moment, (Sad, huh?) then hit the next episode and found I did have tears left. -looks up- Wow. I kinda got off on a tangent there, didn't I? Sorry guys. Sooo, yeah, those are my obsessions.
NEW OBSESSION ALERT! I am now officially obsessed with Tin Man, a Scifi miniseries that aired a few weeks ago. So, Main ships there are: Cain/DG, Glitch/Az, and the occasional Glitch/DG fic. But mostly I 3 Cain/DG!
I forgot to mention another slight obsession of mine. I love the TV show House, M.D. and I'm a big Huddy shipper. (House/Cuddy for all of you that don't know.) I'll add more obsessions as they come to me...
Ships (no slash): Shep/Weir, Teyla/Ronan, Mckay/Cadman Jack/Sam, Daniel/Vala, Teal'c/Ishta, Cam/Carolyn, also for earlier seasons I was a Daniel/Janet shipper, but Danny and Vala go together so well...-sigh- Beyond SG ships...Shawn/Juliet from Psych.
Favorite food: Hmm...Does orange Fanta count? Another weird food fact about me...I'd never had a PB&J sandwich until a few years ago. Justine made my first PB&J ever, and it was good :)
I have finally gotten all ten seasons of SG-1! I have them all neatly arranged on my shelf, and the first three seasons of Atlantis are next to them, along with the first season of Psych and second and third seasons of House... That constitutes most of my DVD collection, but I have the odd movie up there too...
Update 12/29/07: I've put the sequel to More than memory up, and again, sorry about the delay. Christmas rush and all. Hope everyone had a great holiday and will have a happy new year!
