Author has written 2 stories for Song of the Lioness. 'In the beginning the universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry, and has been widely regarded as a bad move.' - Douglas Adams Welcome to the twisted existence of Lady Muck (well, her homepage, at least!) I'm really not terribly interesting, but here goes... I am a 17 year old Australian daydreamer. I speak fluent Norwegian. I can recite the first 30 elements of the periodic table (it was the only part of chemistry that ever interested me!), I can say the alphabet backwards at high speed and I also know a few random pieces of poetry. I have a spider infestation in my school locker. I sing opera. I should do more piano practice. I automatically switch to a British accent when I read out loud... I've tried to stop this, with little success. I think I could have written the end of Deathly Hallows better than JK Rowling did (don't snort, I know you thought so too!). But I still just love HP, and was writing fanfiction for it in my head long before I knew it existed on the internet. However, I haven't written any HP fanfiction, and will not do so until I can think of an ORIGINAL plot idea. So my fanfiction is, so far, all Tamora Pierce stuff, and if you haven't read her books then you really should. Because otherwise you won't get what I'm on about. I would like you to read my stories, Making Her Own Way in particular, and please disregard the fact that it hasn't been updated for over 6 months, because I am now working on it again, and hope chapter 23 will be up soon. I am also a member of the 'story team' Group Askew. We have written a 'round-robin' story called Eldorne's Atonement. I suggest you check it out. Because we have lots of fantastically gifted writers involved. And one last thing... My stories are not half as disjointed as my profile page! Literary Greetings Lady Muck | |||||||
1. Making Her Own Way » reviewsSet some 20 years after Lady Knight, this is the tale of a girl who didn't want to be a mage or a warrior, but whose ambition might prove equally challenging to attain. Epic political saga with random humorous interjections. Better than average OC! The Story of a Scandal reviewsThe title says it all... a oneshot detailing the inside story of the young nobleman and the laundress. I've tried to take it from a bit of a different perspective, and it's... well, interesting. Try it, though you might like it!Song of the Lioness - Rated: T - English - Romance - Chapters: 1 - Words: 2,645 - Reviews: 12 - Published: 6-25-07 - Tortall - Complete
