Hey guys,

My name is Kaitlin, or Katie as I much prefer. I’m 17 and just finished high school, and am taking a year off before going to University hopefully to do either Technical Production, creative writing or events management.

I have a few stories I’m in the middle of now, but I try and not upload, unless I know I can keep up-to-date enough with updates, and not leave people hanging. I’ve only completed a few fanfics, nothing great or even good (basically the reason for a lack of stories). I’m probably my own worse critic, so nothing you could flame would affect me that much, but please don’t, because fire burns!

On a more personal / social note, I am a complete drama queen (a.k.a. I live and breathe the art, though I’m not a ‘drama queen’ in the typical sense) and love music. I spend a large majority of my time listening to music and, of course, reading. My obsession at the moment is Twilight (I know, probably like every other teenage girl in the world), but I have to say that I love the books much more than the movie.

Before The Dawn

This is set directly after the last chapter of Eclipse. Basically, it takes a look at Bella's life following her decision to tell Charlie about her engagement. It is being beta'd by JennaB82, who is an extremely talented author, and very supportive. The official summary is as follows:

Bella was concerned about Charlie’s reaction to her engagement, but soon realizes that it’s the least of her worries. Things fall apart, and Bella must make the ultimate sacrifice for those she loves. And for true happiness, there’s always a price to pay.

Taking A Break!

I am currently not taking on any beta work as it is unfair to them when I dont have time to keep up with their chapters. Check back though in the new year when I get my life a bit more sorted, and am able to free up some of my time.
