Religious Affiliation: Episcopalian, but I'm not gung-ho about it. I believe in God, but I don't try to convert people. Let's put it that way.

Political Affiliation: I am a registered Republican, but I feel very disillusioned with my party so I consider myself an independent. There needs to be more parties in my country...T_T

I am a history buff (email me if you need help w/ a report lol), and I focus especially in military history. Besides my love of history, I also like anime. My favorite of all time has got to be Eureka Seven. It has everything to it: passion, drama, love, and a political subtext (the military represented the occupying Soviet Union, since of all the references to Warsaw and the like. The ethnic cleansing is probably a reference to the ethnic cleansing in Tibet (prosecuted by the Red Chinese) or the ethnic cleansing of the Balkans. oops. I talk too much. lol) Anywho, in my mind, no anime beats Eureka Seven. Nothing. BTW, my favorite couple is Renton and Eureka, followed closely by Dominic and Anemone. Ya gotta love 'em!

I am very eccentric in my tastes for anime; whatever everyone else raves about I usually don't like. I like anything that strays off the beaten path or tries to be different from other shows or forms of entertainment. A prime example: I'm not really into mecha unless it has a connection to something I am interested in. For example, I like the original One year war Gundam series because it is one gigantic allegory to World War II. Code Geass reminds me of World War II as well, and the Black Knights remind me of the various resistances in the occupied countries. And of course Eureka Seven is another mecha show I love. ;)

Currently I am on a Vocaloid binge and I am currently writing a small Vocaloid fanfic with my favorite couple (Miku and Kaito. They are so natural and they are great as a duet!) to help me get some creative juices flowing for my Movie fanfiction. It is called A Meeting in the Snow, and should appear on this site very shortly.

Generally, I am more into historically themed anime or steam-punk, especially if it is concerning 20th century history. (Allison and Lillia, Valkyria Chronicles, Axis Powers Hetalia, I'm looking at you.)

I saw the movie...and if I said I didn't cry during the movie, I would be a terrible liar! This is the best movie I have seen in a long time. It's almost as good as Five Centimeters Per Second, if not better. I won't give away anything, but you will all be greatly satisfied with it. And, after seeing the movie, I don't think I could ever write a fanfiction for it. It is completely beyond my range, and on a totally different plane, if anyone gets my meaning. I fear that whatever I come out with will not do the movie any justice.

However, I will leave that up to you to decide in a poll I am putting up. Post your thoughts about what you want me to do. ;)

I have completed a historical fiction series for Eureka Seven, set in World War Two and the Cold War. Some of the characters are OOC, whilst others are OC. The ages of the characters have also been changed to fit in with the story.

The stories I have published so far are (spoiler alert):

1. How to Save a Life (complete), which covers how Renton Thurston, an American, saved Eureka Novakova, a Russian girl and a friend from his childhood, by going to Stalingrad and fighting alongside the Russians and how they eventually fall in love.

2. Fight for the One You Love (complete), which follows the two young lovers in the Normandy invasion and the months leading to it.

3. Dominic, Anemone and their Vulture Squadron (abandoned): Dominic has been transferred out of the Izumo, given a promotion and a new command. He, along with Anemone and her everpresent Gulliver are now part of an LFO combat unit called the Vulture Squadron, dedicated to stopping the Nirvash from delivering messages to the GekkoState.

4. What Came Before (complete), which is just a foreword/prolugue of what will come in the third and final installment of the historical fanfic series.

5. In the Face of Evil (complete): Which follows the young lovers, now married, in the closing years of the Second World War and the beginning of the Cold War.

6. A NEW HEAVEN AND EARTH (complete): A prequel to the historical fanfiction series following Holland Novakov and his anticommunist resistance known as GekkoState.

My fanfics are apparently so riddled with historical innacuracies that I am now going through a process of editing them. That will not matter though, as I intend to adapt my fanfics for an original publication. :D Many details will be changed and the plotline altered to make it more accurate.
