Hi, well, I realised the other day that I have had hits for those viewing my profile, so thought I had better write something down. Not that there is much to tell. I've become completely addicted to Grey's Anatomy over the last three years, and wrote my first fanfic after the season three finale. I enjoyed writing it, so I decided to try my hand at another one. It remains to be seen as to how that one goes...;) I am 100 percent a MerDer fan, and always will be, so any fics I write will almost always have them as the main focus. I live in New Zealand.

One of my all time favorite voice overs from Grey's, and I don't know why I felt the need to quote it on here, except that I love it!:

Dr. Meredith Grey: You know how when you were a little kid and you believed in fairy tales, that fantasy of what your life would be, white dress, prince charming who would carry you away to a castle on a hill. You would lie in bed at night and close your eyes and you had complete and utter faith. Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, Prince Charming, they were so close you could taste them, but eventually you grow up, one day you open your eyes and the fairy tale disappears. Most people turn to the things and people they can trust. But the thing is its hard to let go of that fairy tale entirely cause almost everyone has that smallest bit of hope, of faith, that one day they will open their eyes and it will come true.

Dr. Meredith Grey: At the end of the day faith is a funny thing. It turns up when you least expect it. It's like one day you realize that the fairy tale may be slightly different than you dreamed. The castle, well, it may not be a castle. And it's not so important happy ever after, just that its happy right now. See once in a while, once in a blue moon, people will surprise you , and once in a while people may even take your breath away.

Tears In Heaven: Aslightly AU Mer/Der fic...which is on hiatus until I work out where I want to go with it. Warning: Deal's with child death.

Count On Me: My newest fic which will be the one I will be updating when I can. In this one, Meredith and Derek are best friends, so it seemed natural for Meredith to ask him to accompany him to her Father's wedding. But Derek feels more for Meredith than friendship...and the story builds from there. On a brief hiatus due to my mid-year exams, but will be updated asap! :-)
