I am: 17 In my final year of High school completing my International Baccalaureate (IB) An Anime/Harry Potter/House MD nut (with other raisons thrown in there) Harry Potter Loves and Hates: Loves - No grammatical/spelling errors well planned story that goes somewhere (some just seem to go chapter by chapter by chapter...) Timetravel Gen and most Slash Smart and well researched stories Crossovers Cannon/AU Drama/Angst When something just feels REAL! When someone really puts a part of themself into the story. Like J.K.Rowling and the dementors. Smart!Harry (not genius or all powerful harry but someone who is ... wise? That might be the word...) Severus Snape (Sigh. Evil or caring, fatherly, romantic or worst enemy... He's my soft spot) Teddy Lupin (Harry as a father figure to Teddy? Even bigger soft spot!) James Potter (...hmmm. All males, Bsum1?) Hates- Harry/Draco (Sorry guys, it never really got me) Harry/Hermione (NOT APOLAGISING! shudder) Dumbledore bashing Powerful Harry (What I really love about J.K. Rowling's Harry is that he's a normal kid in a less than normal situation) Harry who is the descendent of Gryffindor Slytherin Revenclaw Hufflepuff Merlin... it's over kill! Piercings and tattoos OC's (Siriously, they make me want to swear) Evil Ginny/Weasley bashing. (There are a massive number of these fics in HP Twilight crossovers!) FF.net is filled with teenage writers, like me, and I HATE when people try to take out all their pointless teenage grudges on the readers. "Adults are over-controlling"..."piercings everywhere" This isn't a bloody diary! Angst somehwere else! It's at FF.net where I truly understand how little some teenagers have matured. Puberty is the enemy of fanfiction. Finally, I've been able to come up with some substantial works. Wanna see? I have Harry Potter's Curse - inspired by Higurashi no Nakukoro ni And coming soon... A Harry Potter Twilight crossover! - Probably HP/EC and RL/SS. Harry suffers from brain damage after defeating Voldemort. Remus, Snape, Teddy and Harry go to Forks in the hopes that the Cullens can help them create a curer. I do hope this comes out even a tad meaningful. A Harry Potter Fullmetal Alchemist crossover! In an attempt to save itself from being destroyed, the gate throws Ed into the future with a baby Alphonse. Story consists of small snippets of Ed's life at Hogwarts with a growing plotline as Ed observes and helps the teenaged Lily Evans, Severus Snape and Marauders. So... what do you think? | |||||||
