Updated Bio_1/03/08 A new year, a new fic! I'd like to extend a special thanks to all of you faithful readers and reviewers out there. Many of you continuously go back and read my older fics, even my first one from over 4 years ago! I can't tell you how much I appreciate your support and constant feedback. That's the fuel every author needs to continue on with their works. Believe me, it's not as easy as it looks! Going back and reading old reviews makes me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside, giving me that bit of push to keep writing! So with that sentiment, I'd like to present to you, "Savin' Me". Next to "Pride and Prejudice" and my "Ten Things" Series, I think this will be the greatest project I have undertaken. It's not easy writing about the Mirai Timeline in Dragonball Z, mainly because we know that in the end, nearly everyone dies. On top of that, Bulma and Vegeta's relationship is even more vague than the present timeline...at least Toriyama-sama gave us SOME hints on that event. Still, it gives me the creative freedom that I've needed in a lot of the writings I've started and never published. There's probably 20 on my hard-drive right now -.- . You can see how frustrated I am with the whole subject in a lot of my writings. "Ten Things" was hard for me to write as a first-time DBZ fic...the Buu Arc had only been recently aired on TV, and me being overtly naiive, I figured I didn't need the Cell or Android Arc to know what was going on. So, I went straight from "The Z Warriors Prepare" to the Tenkaichi where Goku shows up 10 years later (3-yr mystery plus the 7 yrs after Cell)! How much character development I had missed! So now you know what I've been up to this whole past year. One-shots galore, of course. Many of you have been very responsive with the many one-shots I threw out. I was mainly testing the waters for my development of Vegeta. Meanwhile, I continued writing "Savin' Me" during the scarce free-time that I had, thriving on the reviews of awesome readers who liked the new direction that I was going with. And now, as a thank you present, I have started publishing this baby of mine. It will most likely be a long fic, but I don't want to draw it out and slaughter it, as so many young authors have done with the "3 mystery years" (no offense, btw, as I was once that naiive writer). As I said before, we all know what the end result is, but I hope to delve into it a lot more than other authors have done. Therefore, don't be scared! The fic won't end once we see those two hard-headed lovebirds finally get together. I have...other...plans for them :D . Anywho, thanks for your time and support.
