Author has written 5 stories for Inuyasha, and Jimmy Neutron.

I'd like to start by saying that the information below is outdated by several years, and I don't know that I will manage to make any changes. This time in my life has largely passed. I am currently considering returning and updating once more, but I am not really decided and may well not return. It has been a very long time. Many of the sites I used to frequent have changed and gone in different directions that I honestly don't like. On the other hand, I have very warm memories of my time writing here and may want to continue once more. I just honestly don't know right now. Either way, I will not be deleting the works here. Should I choose to continue, I will also be changing my profile name. Anyway, I just wanted to check in with the community here, because I always hated the way my favorite authors would disappear or delete their works. Should I return, I will be picking up where I left off. Thank you everyone.

My stats:

Name: Rachel...one of many.

Age: 19, Turning 20 in May of 2010. Only mentioning this so I have more time before I need to update my profile again.

Coutnry: The U. S. of A. And if you are from some other nation that thinks we are mostly idiots over here...You're right! Give yourself a pat on the back. We have religions that believe in aliens from Trillions of years ago and we don't know where the hell the Mississippi river is. Americans are, for the most part, idiots. And republicans, which is a synonym for idiot.

Interests: reading, writing, drawing (I sketch, pretty well actually), making things out of other things, melting straws to make sculptures (which I try to drink through and then throw away), painting on things you aren't supposed to paint on, theater (though preferably not acting, at which I suck).

Dislikes: colds, chapped lips (ouch), tests, hw, waiting, prejudices, chauvinists, people who steal my lines, really bad actors (but only when I have to watch them act), really assymetrical things, people who don't remember what they don't like, and more things i can't remember. Oh well, sleepy now.

My email, if you should want to contact me, is rachel.soto@gmail.com. As you can see, I'm not really much for secrecy, so, crazy stalker people, be aware that, as a true Inuyasha fan, I have Katanas in my house.

Here are some QUOTES that I love. Not all are profound, some are just fun, but I like them anyway.

"A woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle."

"Well behaved women seldom make history"

"Love is like rain. It touches everyone."

"Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you are a mile away and you have their shoes."

"You laugh because I'm different. I laugh because I'm nuts."

(When learning that I would rather be buried than cremated.) "Do you want to be dead in a box for the rest of your life?" -My friend TJ, and I'm never going to let him forget it!

"We can't go to the beach! There's sand all over it!" - Me. Yes, I said this. I am officially admitting, in publicly posting this, that I am well aware of the fact that I am an idiot. Sad thing is, I'm not the only one who knows.

Favorites:

This section will grow with time, and there are several names that i still need to officially include. But I would like to mention one now. Kristine Batey. Though she has only a few fics up, she wrote a doushinji (excuse my spelling) called Hero of the 21st Century that is really great and fun. It is a recreation of the Manga, and very different than any fanfic I have ever read. It is 15 or 16 books long, and unfinished. I suggest reading it, but in doing so, taking something into account. This story will never be finished. The author, Kristine, died. I did not know her, but her guestbook had signatures of friends who wrote to say they missed her.It is very sad, but I don't think that means the work she poured her heart into should be forgotten. Eventually, the site will be removed because it is private, and who knows how long it is paid up for. For now, it is still there. Kristine is in my favorite authors, and the link is on her page. For ease, I will include it here as well. I definitely recommend it.

Rozefire - Now called Torenza (and with her whole bio, which was there when I started reading her, gone) was my first real favorite writer. I loved her work, and still do. I reread the stories when I can, and love them a little more each time. Though she hasn't updated in years, her complete fics are brilliant. Her unfinished fics, I have not yet read. I hate the idea that they will never end. But I plan to read them. According to friends, they are some of her Best work. Enjoy what she did. After the thing with Kristine, I sincerely hope she is in good health and simply no longer writes because she has moved on to originals.

FrameofMind - She's great. Clever, hilarious, in character despite AU plotlines, and, thankfully, still active!

Dangersque - Though my favorites of his aren't posted on this site, and reside instead at IK-eternal.net, he is a great author, and entertains me without fail every time I read him.

I have totally lost track of everything. What, with all the homework I have been avoiding as a second semester college student at Binghamton University, I don't know how long git will be before I can really sit and work again. I am hoping, though not promising, to get something done in the next few weeks to come. NONE OF MY STORIES ARE ABANDONED, OR EVEN ON HOLD! I AM JUST SLOW!

BFGP: Probably the first that I will update, but no guarantees. I have it on my mind.

BFL: This is the other possibility for my next update. I started chapter two, but never finished it. I need to get on that.

GJH: I have been working on chapter 8, but its not where I want it to be.

FU: I will get to it, I will!

Er...Wow. Its been... wow. What Can I say? I'm a college sophomore double majoring in English Creative Writing and Theater. I am taking 2 over the max number of credits allowed by my university, with the provision being that the credits are practical and hands on, not academic, and I am very overbooked. I have only recently had the chance to get back to even looking at fan fiction. But we are in luck, my friends, because I am inspired. I will be updating once again, probably starting with BFGP, because it had the most favorites, the most reader, and because I like it the best, Frankly. Its more fun to do because of the necessary creative license that something so AU provides. Its also challenging. Again, all of these stories are still in progress. I am merely pathetically slow. If you are a reader, know that they WILL be resolved. Starting soon. Really soon. Here's hoping.
