Author has written 13 stories for Les Miserables, Harry Potter, Dracula, Sweeney Todd, Elisabeth, and Rebecca.

~ I finally realized that I was unfit for everything, so I became a poet. Notre Dame de Paris ~

Most of these pieces have been discontinued because I hate my old writing with a passion but haven't the heart to delete it. I've just realized that I've been on FFN for over three years now--two on this account, and haven't improved much at all. Depressing, non?

“Some facts to illustrate a point”, or simply “Me”:

- The only words I recognize in Japanese are "Elisabeth" and "Hetalia"--telling, as I'd most likely qualify as dangerously obsessed with both.

- I have a powerful fixation with the fall of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and World War I in general. The Austro-Prussian War and the Mayerling scandal are also enormously fascinating to me...Conclusion: If it pertains to Austria, especially between 1848 and 1916, I will research it like a mad person. European history is one of my passions, and I would honestly love to spend my life studying it...if only it would put food on the table. Right now, I'm looking at computer programming as a career; it's not my favorite, but hopefully I'll be able to eat.

- I love stage-acting, the German language, the Austrian dialect, music of pretty much all kinds, mathematics, Victor Hugo, and Stephen Sondheim, as well as Sunset Boulevard, Rebecca, and Perfume: The Story of a Murderer (in all of their forms).

- Sixty-nine percent of the music on my iPod is in German. The rest is a mish-mash of Dutch, English, Polish, Hungarian, Japanese, French, Spanish, Swedish, Flemish, Finnish, and Czech—in that order. I need some Russian and Italian…

~ Wenn ich tanzen will, dann tanz ich so wie’s mir gefällt...Elisabeth, das Musical ~

Pairings, because I adore them:

Axis Powers: Hetalia ~

England/America - My current "OTP", if you'll excuse the silly acronym. I don't know what it is about them, but I've just gone absolutely nuts for this pairing lately. Probably because England is my favorite character and I'm a sucker for angsty ships with a hint of awkwardness and a really insane age difference. And "We're Shipwrecked, Too" and "England Catches a Cold" were just too bloody adorable to resist. And I'm taking AP American History this year, and shipping US/UK gives me a really good excuse to giggle in class every time my teacher mentions foreign policy. I'm so juvenile, I know. But I really do love this pairing with a passion; I'm just bad at explaining myself.

Austria/Hungary - The Euro nerd in me speaking out. I must admit that the instant I heard about Hetalia, I rushed to the wiki to look this pairing up and had a positive fit of delight when I found out it was canon. That's not to say that I haven't fallen in love with the pairing in its own right--I have. It's just something about the way they look out for each other throughout the series that makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside...And only Austria would strip to get his girlfriend a hat. That's love right there. Oh, and read "Empires of Flesh" by Crystaline-Crimson. It has to be one of the most remarkably beautiful pieces of Hetalia fiction in existence; I can't recommend it enough.

Germany/N. Italy - How could anyone not adore them? Italy just sort of bursts in and knocks poor Germany's life every which way...They're so incompatible that they're meant for each other. And people tend to write really, really good Gertalia fanfiction.

Austria/Prussia - Once again, the Euro nerd pops out for an Austria pairing. I see angst-potential and I come running. Honestly, Austria kept coming running back to Prussia as an ally throughout the 1800's...even when Bismarck screwed them over in the German Civil War. (Sorry for my bias.-cough-) Screwed up relationship dynamic? HMM.

France/Canada - ...Read "On the Bound" by tatterdemalion. I was a bit of a lukewarm supporter of France/Canada, but it converted me entirely--and the US/UK's not half bad either. And the plot itself is completely gripping. I wouldn't ordinarily read twenty-four chapters in one sitting...

Prussia/Canada - I blame my best friend entirely. We were bored, started roleplaying, it turned into PruCan, and now I'm hooked. I can't really provide a logical reason, but she makes it work because she's awesome like that, and that's all it takes for me.

Other pairings: Spain/S. Italy, Finland/Sweden, Austria/Switzerland, China/Japan, Russia/Lithuania

And I'd like to see more of: Austria/Germany, Austria/Liechtenstein, England/Canada, Prussia/Liechtenstein

I don't necessarily ship any of the preceding four, I just think they'd be crazy-interesting to read, if anyone's bored and needs something to write...-bats eyelashes-

Not too crazy about: Prussia/Hungary, France/England, America/Canada, America/Russia, Belarus/Ukraine

Don't shoot me! I'm just saying that they don't do too much for me interest-wise. I'll read anything...I'm just less likely to pick up one of the above because of strange wiring in my brain that appears to be stuck that way.

~ And now, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up. — Sunset Boulevard ~
